| "UNFORTUNATELY THE HEATING WAS NOT WORKING WHEN WE ARRIVED, HOWEVER THIS WAS RECTIFIED BY PROVIDING OIL FILLED RADIATORS BY THE RENTAL SYSTEM COMPANY.WE FOUND THE SECURITY SYSTEM QUITE FRUSTRATING AND CERTAINLY COULD HAVE DONE WITH A SPARE KEY BECAUSE EVERYWHERE WAS LOCKED. THE APPARTMENT ITSELF WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND DURING THE SUMMER MUST BE LOVELY WHEN THE SUN IS OUT AND YOU CAN USE THE POOL. FOUND INFORMATION ABOUT HOTEL FACILTIES A BIT MISLEADING AS UNDER 16'S CANNOT USE THE INDOOR POOL AND IN WINTER WHEN IT IS RAINING OUTSIDE THIS WAS A BIG SHAME! ALSO THE GOLF SIDE OF THINGS DIDN'TSEEM TO BE PARTICULARLY 13YR OLD CHILD FRIENDLY. COULD NOT FAULT RACHEL, SIMON AND CO REGARDS APPARTMENT THOUGH APART FROM SPARE KEY."

| "Well planned apartment. 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) allowed privacy for 2 couples. Large balcony and well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable seating in lounge - adequate for 4. Friendly welcome from Susan & Clinton and they were helpful throughout our stay. Update of local information would be useful, as well as instruction manuals for equipment, etc.
Resort not busy at this time of year, so a good time to visit if you like peace and quiet. We could imagine it to be buzzing in the summer months. Staff at both Hotel and Golf Club very welcoming and helpful. Expansion of commercial area (more shops and restaurants) will provide more facilities for expanding resort. We had hire car, and fed well at La Rustica in Oliva town (about 5km away).
Fantastic sandy beach only 10 minutes or so walk from the apartment. Just over an hour's drive to Valencia itself: we parked at the Ciudad de Las Artes y Las Ciencias, visited the amazing Oceanografic and then walked down the ancient course of the Turia to the old town. Another great drive (just over an hour) was south to the mountain town of Guadalest - fantastic views. Overall, a very enjoyable week, with some lovely November sunshine and blue skies."

| "The apartment was very good. Perhaps towels and linen could be renewed, and it could be improved ligths to feel more warm the house; and adding some better books to read, not only best sellers could be good for us. But we are very satisfaied, and would be back there in summer if prices were lower then."

| "Brand new, well equipped apartment in a secure complex with excellent swimming pool. We were made very welcome by the hosts.
The beach is very close, clean (blue flag) and spacious.
You can also use the facilities of the **** Oliva Nova hotel including spa.
18 holes on the golf course was 75 euros including club hire. Very good value as its designed by Seve Ballesteros!."
