| "We thought the property was very nice. The only complaint that I have is that we payed for the pool to be heated. We were only able to swim the first night because the rest of the week the pool was freezing. They said they came out to check it but they never left word with us that they had come out. So we payed for a warm pool and got a cold one. Not even the spa was warm. The oly part that was even a little warm was the top layer. Once you got past that it was cold. Personally if I knew that the pool would be cold even with the heat suppoably on I would not have payed the extra money."

| "The property was very nice. Plenty of room and adequately stocked with bedding and cooking utensils. The only problems were encountered at the check in - the management did not know we were coming so the house had not been preped and the pool heat was not on. Even with this, the house was in good order. The pool took three days before it was adequately heated. One other suggestion would be to conduct a walk through with site management at check out so that any issues could be identified. This will help prevent any "surprise" charges for damage claims."

| "The house was beautiful! and very clean. The only problem I had was when I arrived I ordered heat for the pool and it was not on. But within minutes they corrected the problem and the heat was turned on. The house was well equipped with just about everything you needed.
You must bring garbabge bags, toilet paper, soap, cleaning supplies. The house had very few defects such as.... one bath room light was out, the outside front of the house light was out, a few blinds were missing and there was only 1 xbox game the others were missing, but otherwise great. Just info for you at night..... very boring at the house. very dark and no human in site. I would go back in a heart beat.!Thanks for a great vacation"

| "This was a beautiful home and very nice pool. The location was great to Orlando attractions. Our only complaint was cleanliness. There were cobwebs and the ceiling fans were filthy. We are not sure if the pool had been cleaned before we arrived. It was very dirty by the end of our week. Overall we enjoyed the home and would recommend it to friends."

| "Lots of room. Comfrtable. Pool and spa great!!! Let renters know there will be no paper products or dish or hand soap, of any type of spray to wipe off counters. We bought groceries, bt had to go ack out for toiletpaper and paper towels. Someone needs to be checking behand the cleaning people. There were beautiful dishes on the dining table, but they and the table were covered with dust, as were many other things in the house. I would come back again as it overall was a great place to stay."
