| "Excelent property. We have wonderfull 3 weeks
with my family. We enjoyed the pool, fitness, spa. Venetian Bay is excelent.
If is possible I rent again. The owners are very
nice .

| "This was my families second year renting this property and we had the best time.
The pool hours have been extended because of the new night lights, which was a big plus for our family.
The house itself was just as we expected it to be, perfect!

| "The house and property where great. We had more then enough room for our family and the kids loved the park, basketball court and volleyball pit. My only complaint is that the main pool was out of service for 3 days and for the first 2 days of our trip the pool had no heat. Our other complaint was that the pool closed by 6pm every day which was dissapointing because a swim before bed for us and the kids would have been nice. All in all we enjoyed the villa and would rent again."

| "We have stayed at Venetian Bay two times prior to this. We found this condo lacking in basic needs such as dishtowels and a can opener. The condo was in fairly good condition but was nothing special. The price was good and the amenities are always good, except for the hottub being closed all week."

| "This condo has enough space for a large family to enjoy their stay. The kitchen needs to be supplied a little more. We had to buy some large bowls as there were none.
The housekeeping could be a little more thourogh also.

Overall the property is too a high standard, the only point I would make is that the kitchen area is small although has pretty much everything you need - but eating out is very cheap so you dont need to use the kitchen if you dont want too!
The complex is clean and safe and the staff are friendly, there is internet access in the club house between 9 and 5 for 30 minutes per session.
The pool is heated and there is a BBQ nearby you can use.
I would definaltely go back!"

| "The property was well presented, all the staff that we met at Venetian Bay were pleasent and helpfull.
The grounds were kept in a reasonable condition and the club house and pool area were excellent.
We had no concerns during our stay and found it to be a good location for visiting the theme parks, especially disney."

| "As far as value for the money, I absolutely feel like I got an excellent deal. Venetian Bay Villages is very nice with many nice amenities. The unit itself was perfect for our family. One late night we had to make a noise complaint to security. They corrected it right away. Our only problems were 1.)the key-- it was not in the lockbox when we arrived and 2.)Venetian Bay Resort management-- they woman in the front office was very rude to us about the parking pass (and she was just plain nasty to another man who was in there the same time as us). If I were the owner, I would certainly complain about her.
The grounds were beautiful and the unit was well maintained. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Disney area. Also, its proximity to Disney was ideal. Just jump on the Osceola Pkwy and you are there in minutes with no traffic (not a common event in Orlando).
