| "I would definitely recommend this property. It was good value for money, was excellently furnished and well supplied with everything we needed.
Its position between Los Gigantes and Puerto de Santiago makes it an ideal base to explore the two resorts without too much climbing of steep hills!"

| "The property is situated in an excellent positon close to all the ammenities.
The property itself is to a very high standard with everything you need. It over looks the pool and has a large terrace. If you have any problems there is someone who lives on site.
The restaurants in Puerto Santiago and Los Gigantes are great (just look in the diary of notes that come with the apartment). We have booked again in August 2009 and are looking forward to our return."

| "The actual accommodation was excellent, furnished well, clean and better equiped than my own homd! The Pool was too cold as the Sun didn't hit it until late in the afternoon. The Pool area was nice but there was no Bar, or refreshment area or any recreational activity for the Kids, e.g pool table, table tennis etc.
I would stay there again but probably only in the summer when the pool would hopefully be a bit warmer."

| "This is a superb apartment, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. The apartment and pool are spotlessley clean. We enjoyed a very relaxing week there in November. There are plenty of good places to eat within a few minutes walk and the apartment has lots of brochures on activities nearby and further a field. Highly recommended for a relaxing and peaceful escape."

"AN EXCELLENT STAY - PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ THE WHOLE REVIEW................On arrival our first impression of the apartment was excellent but unfortunately, on closer inspection the overall cleanliness of the property was very poor. The apartment had obviously not been serviced recently prior to our arrival as it took 3 adults 2.5 hours to clean (moping floors, cleaning bathrooms/kitchen) the appartment to an acceptable standard. Although bed linen was clean the bed covers were dirty and dusty - all of this, we could have done without after a long and tiring day travelling. HOWEVER, once this had been done, we very much enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Contents of the apartment were excellent, i.e washer/dryer/dishwasher etc. Everything that you could wish for had been catered for even down to books and DVDs. One key between 3 adults would not have been a problem had the intercom system worked - speaking to others, we were not the only ones with this problem. Pool area was very pleasant and well looked after. Plenty of bars/restaurants in close proximity - we would recommend El Pescador II and El Timon in Puerto Santiago and Mirandas in Los Gigantes. Overall a delightful, relaxing stay at the Balcon was had by all and would certainly recommend it to others. Perhaps a change in cleaning company could be considered as this was the only thing that let it down but would certainly guarantee a return visit from us if this was to be done.

"Excellent apartment with an abundance of equipment. Pool area clean with readily available sun beds and never overcrowded. Refurbishment of local hotel is presently causing an intermittent noisy disturbance.
Two restaurants El Pescador II and San Francisco provided great value for money with very friendly staff.
In a quiet location - would highly recommend this area and apartment if in search of a truly relaxing holiday.

To the best of our knowledge, Hotel Barcelo Santiago will reopen following refurbishment in September 2006, so any disturbance should be over by then.

| "This is a quiet but well served area when it comes to shops and bars etc. This property has a very well equipped kitchen with appliances that are first rate. The description of the apartment is spot on and anyone who rented this property is not going to be disappointed. Overall cleanliness extends to the public areas."

"very nice property, excellent provision of equipment, perhaps more detailed instructions in flat information. such as how to use entry facility if a party member is out without key - We had to ask a visitor to flats how to do this. DVD player would not work, not sure if us or machine. Overall a most excellent property."
