A really modern, spacious and tastefully decorated villa with everything you could want or need. They've thought of everything. A real home from home. It's a nice distance from all the parks and if you don't want to go to the parks, it's a lovely villa to just relax in and sit by "your own private pool". Heaven! I would highly recommend Calla Lily Villa. You won't be disappointed.

We certainly enjoyed our holiday and the 3 weeks just flew by. Your villa was a pleasure to stay in especially once the AC had been rectified.
It was great to meet your next door neighbour who has the first villa in Calla Lily and he spoke extremely well of you which is a great credit to you and your family. He and his wife seem to be very nice people.
As previously mentioned our stay was enhanced by Jan and her husband (management company) and it was totally reassuring that we had someone in them and indeed yourself that cared. Many thanks once again.
At this time we are hoping to go back to Florida next year at a similar time which would be our 3rd visit in as many years (they keep building new rides) and we will be in touch with you as and when dates can be confirmed.

"A fantastic time was had by all!!!
The villa had all the comfort (and more!!!) necessary to accommodate our party from age 4ᇊ.
The spa pool was a luxury at the end of a busy day at the theme parks.
Even better was the wildlife that would appear each morning by the pool door waiting for the toast crumbs!

Got back home on Friday and just wanted to say thanks for a fantastic
3 weeks in your house.
This was the 4th time we have rented a villa in Florida and your property
certainly has been the best by a mile.
Really good to return to after a busy day doing the works. Our teenage boys seemed to spend most of the time in the games room, on the internet and in the pool.
Very secluded spot and the quality if fixtures and furnishings were of
an exceptional standard.
Grass hadnt been cut and your management company contacted us within 24 hours of arriving and sorted this the next day - all very impressive.
Unfortunately all good things come to an end and I need to get back to
work tomorrow.

Sorry I have not responded sooner, but my husband and I just returned from vacation this week. We had a wonderful time at your house, it was exactly what we hoped it would be. It is so spacious and the design was perfect for our family of 10 to enjoy being together and yet not be crowded. Everyone loved the pool and my husband started each day by having his coffee while sitting in the spa, while I sat in the pool area, sipped my coffee and watched the beautiful sun rises! The house had all we needed and we enjoyed every minute of our vacation there.
Again, thank you for all your help setting us up to rent your house and if you ever need a reference for a future renter I would certainly be happy to give a good one."

| "The Villa exceeded our expectations and catered for our every need. The decor was excellent and we found it an extremely comfortable and well looked after home. We also made great use of the excellent pool and Jacuzzi especially when returning home from days out at the Disney and Universal parks which are all within a short drive away.
We would recommend this Villa to both groups of adults and families alike as the well-equipped games room caters for all.
I will definitely be recommending this Villa to my family and friends and will be returning there myself next year.

Hello Linda!
We hope you are well.
We safely arrived northern Norway as planned a week ago.
This is what we wrote in your guest book before leaving Florida;
"For a whole month we have had a great stay in Florida. We had high expectations about the house and we did not get disappointed. It's beautiful and at the same time practical even with the age range from 1,5 to 73 years. The pool, the spa, the game room was what we hoped it should be. The internet access gave us the opportunity to stay in contact with the more central parts of the world, that is of course Northern Norway...... We spent a lot of time in the Disney parks (Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, EPCOT) and Sea World. This is our second time in Florida and it is probably not the last."
As you can see we had a great time vacating in Florida and your house. The driving directions to the house was easy to follow. We never got lost during the month we were there.
The weather was sunny and warm the first two week, during the last two it varied from 13 to 28 celcius (the highest temperature we got from the tornado, wich gave us a little worry - but luckily it did`t get too close.)
We were mostly content about the weather. It was a good temperature for visiting the parks, but some days we wished it could have been a little warmer so that we could have enjoyed the screened patio more.
The pool and spa were often used. The spa was espesially comfortable to have in the evenings and during the colder days. The grandmother loved it very much, and we think it worked wonders on her bad legs and hips (combined with a lot of training that we were able to find time to do, not to mention all the walking we did.)
Our oldest daughter (7) swimmed like a fish in the pool. Our second daughter (5) learned how to swim during our stay and she also cracked the code of reading.
Our little boy liked the pool also, and the spa which he called "aua" because it was a little hot.
We visitet the petting farm further north on Poinciana. It was great. Our boy was sick that day and stayed at home with his grandmother, but the girls got to feed, pet, catch and hold a lot of animals.
Again, thanks a lot for letting us stay in your Villa.

We had a very enjoyable stay in your house. It was beautiful and was a great place to relax after our daily theme park excursions. The kids spent all of their free time in the pool, and we adults unwound in the jacuzzi every evening. The view of the pond is also very beautiful, and the kids really enjoyed feeding the pair of Sandhill Cranes that visited us every day. The kids were really hoping to see an aligator in the pond, but the adults were just as happy that there were none to be found!
They also had a great time in the game room, playing pool for hours on end.
We'll definitely be checking to see if your house is available the next time we visit the Orlando area.
It was an awesome week, and we're all sad that it's over and we have to go back to work.
Thanks again, and we're looking forward to having a chance to live like kings again on our next Florida vacation.

I can’t believe I haven’t written you earlier, but we got home safely, and of course with it being the Holidays and all, had to quickly settle in. Its been so busy since we got home. So, sorry for the delay in communication!!
Our stay in your home was great!!! We all had a great time, and enjoyed your home so much. The house had everything we could’ve wanted, and you have it set up beautifully.
My boys didn’t want to leave. It was all we could’ve wished for. If we stayed home (versus going to a Park), we were still busy and had as much fun as going out. The boys LOVED your game room! My parents and siblings had a great time too. It was wonderful to spend Christmas together there.

Just wanted to drop you a line and say "Thanks!" for letting us rent your house! We had a tremendous time! And, the house was so beautiful and luxurious, as well as being wonderful for the children. The inside fence around the pool was especially wonderful! The children enjoyed the pool and gameroom so much that they actually requested to leave Disney World early to go back to the house! I would definitely recommend your house to other family groups visiting the area.
There was enough room for everyone to have fun, and have privacy.
My daughter had a terrific 3rd birthday there!
I do hope we left everything in acceptable condition. We were rushing after the children to keep them from eating near your beautiful white carpets!

Yes, we all arrived home safe and sound, although we were dragging our feet because we didn't want to leave! I had intended to email you, just had not had a chance. As it is, we have soccer (football) practice in 15 minutes for both my kids, so I will hurriedly tell you want a wonderful place you have!
We thoroughly enjoyed the house. It is quite beautiful and very spacious. After being able to have lots of space, I don't think I can ever stay in a motel again! The kids loved having their own rooms, with their own televisions, (a luxury in their eyes as I won't let them have one in their rooms here at home...mean mom!!) They also enjoyed the playstation! Piper, my daughter wants you to know "It Works!" (We had a little trouble figuring it out at first.) Anyway, my mother enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the birds. The cranes visited everyday. The kids fished in the pond and tried to find the alligator, both with out much luck. But they had fun anyway.
I have bragged so much about how wonderful your house was that several friends have expressed an interest in possibly using it on future trips. I will give them your email.

I had intended to email you much sooner, but upon coming back home to Maryland, I really got caught up in getting back to business as usual. Nevertheless, I really enjoyed my vacation there in Kissimmee, and your home was exceptionally beautiful and inviting. My family was smitten upon pulling into the driveway. None of us really wanted to leave and return to our own homes.
On another note, we did encounter a couple of small issues, however I phoned your property manager, Charlotte, and she took care of things.

space exceeded expectations and location was safe and convenient. no problems about the food parcel the 7/11 was conveniently close, the management company did ring and apologise and offered to send it the next day but as we were sorted this was not ness.

| "Hi Linda - we have just returned from staying in Cala Lily Villa. There were 6 of us including 4 boys age 4 - 14. Please find below our feedback which is meant as small suggestions to improve for future guests as we all thought the house was lovely and perfect for our stay. The villa is well situated on the lake as you are so far apart from any neighbours. We have stayed in a prevoius villa where you were surrounded on all sides by other villas so it wasn't very secluded.
We chose the villa because there was plenty for the kids to do the pool (if you have small children very safe because you can screen it off) or remove it if your kids can swim - the boys also used the pool table, darts, air hockey and foosball. Unfortunately we thought there would be PS2 games for the PS2 player and perhaps some childrens DVDs/videos which I think would enhance the property as we didn't think to lug them from the UK.
We spent a lot of the time at the parks and it was such a welcome relief to return to the air conditioned villa especialy when it is so hot and humid outside.
Having eaten out during the day we wanted to eat at home in the evenings. There was plenty of space to sit, loads of crockery etc some larger pans would really help especially if you were catering for more than 6, perhaps you could add casserole/lasagne dishes, and a cheese grater!
The pasma TV was being repaired for the 2 weeks we were there so we only used the one sitting room and there wasn't a card for the cable box - but no worries as there were plenty of channels on the TV and we were so rarely inside!
The washing machine/dryer were fab - a clothes horse would be useful as we ended up hanging clothes in the garage to dry - very easy in 104 degree heat though!
The quality of the house was great and about 40 mins drive to the universal parks (we didn't do Disney which was a lot closer), we have left a detailed florida atlas at the house because we were forever getting lost. Could I also suggest more detailed directions on how to get to the house from the airport. When you are unused to the roads it is a really difficult place to get around (especially late at night after a long journey) and we ended up finding the house by luck (we flew into Sanford not Orlando).
We would recommend your house as you have thought about all age groups and we were never bored.

What can I say! The holiday didnt start off to a good start with my partner having a mini stroke 3 days prior to the flight so he wasn't able to go. however i still went with the team and we did exceptionally well in the karate championships, with one of the team getting world champion in his section.
Your villa was absolutely superb, the ten sharing it were really impressed and will recommend it to everyone who shows an interest.
They felt that there was enough room for 10 people without being on top of one another. It was also literally a 2 minute walk away from the villa that i was in, that was really convenient. I'm sorry, 3 glasses got broken which I was quite cross about and made my feelings quite clear, this resulted in them going out and replacing 2 full sets of glasses for you so that you had matching glasses. i again would like to apologise.
You should feel proud of your villa, it is welcoming and has a nice touch of elegance. Thank you very much for allowing us to rent it.
I loved Florida and I can't wait to return next year for the championships, i am going to find out the dates and you will probably hear from me soon requesting another booking.
I actually turned my computer on tonight to email you and thank you. I hope everything was left in order.

We arrived back in Gatwick on Friday morning and returned safely by boat to Belfast on Sunday evening.
The holiday was a great success. June and I enjoyed the golf and daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren spent their time around Disney and associated entertainment.
Your house contributed greatly to our enjoyment. It was very clean and spacious and all the facilities met our expectations in full.
It really is a lovely house and the lanai and the swimming pool were much enjoyed and the safety fencing meant that the adults could relax without having to worry about the safety of the children.
Many thanks for providing the BBQ. Since we did not have tools to assemble it we contacted your management company and they were on the ball very quickly. We took the view that provision of gas was their responsibility and they did oblige. We were not aware that they had contacted you about this but that did not cause us a problem.
One tiny suggestion to improve the facility: please supply an electric kettle as the whistling job on the hob takes ages to whistle.
Many thanks. We all very much enjoyed your beautiful house, the internet was very much appreciated, we were lucky and did not have any breakages and I hope we left the house in the condition we found it.

An electric kettle is definitely on our list of things to add soon. I agree that the whistling job does take ages but for some reason the Americans seem to prefer them and the electric ones are not that popular in the U.S. Probably because they prefer to drink coffee.
As the BBQ was a brand new it did need to be set up initially and although it did come with a gas bottle I didn't realise it was empty and needed filling with gas!! I'm glad my MC sorted this out for you quickly.

Had a fabulous time, the villa was fantastic, had a few hiccups - when we got there the pool heating wasn't on for the first couple of days but when we rang the management company they came straight round to turn it on. Also the TV in the main lounge had no sound - couldnt work out why, the guy from the management co. told us a few things to try but it still wouldnt work - so we spent the time in the smaller lounge, all 7 of us!!!
Other than those couple of things everything was lovely and we will
recommend your villa to our friends and family.

I'm really sorry about the problem you had with the pool heating. I'm not really sure why my MC hadn't turned this on for you at the start. I can only think that as my house is new and I'm a new customer for them they hadn't quite got their routine together for my house. I'm glad it was sorted out quickly for you though.
I'm also really sorry about the TV. Unfortunately, even though this is a brand new TV it turned out to be faulty!! and we needed for it to be replaced.
Sorry for the inconvenience this caused you but luckily we have another lounge with TV that you could use although I know this isn't ideal and isn't what should be necessary but these things do happen from time to time I'm afraid.
I'm glad that this didn't spoil your stay and that you thought the house was fanastatic.

I will recommend heating of the pool during the whinter time, when it might be a bit chilli in the Orlando area.
