We would not like to miss the opportunity to thank you for the nice week we could spend in your apartment. It was just great. We loved the breathtaking views from the balcony, the cosy atmosphere of the apartment and the really nice architecture, gardens, pools and sea front in Patara Prince. The people were very nice and helpful – especially Hilary but also all the staff of Patara Prince. We also loved to take the Hotel Boat to Kalkan and enjoyed the nice atmosphere and restaurants over there. All in all a very nice holiday and we really think of coming back next summer

the diner in the restaurant was ok – the open (Italian) buffet was very good (especially for the children). We used the Membership Card and it was easy to pay with it.

"Kalkan could perhaps be described as the Mykanos of Turkey.
A beautiful resort where you can choose to be as laid back or lively as you prefer.
The Kalkan Prince Appt provides an excellent chance to taste the millionaire lifestyle without the hefty pricetag. We would highly recommend it to any like minded couple (possibly with a couple of youngsters). It would also be great for solo travellers as they would particularly benefit from the facilities and security at the Patara.
Booking Experience - Excellent quick and very professional
Apartment feedback - Accurately described, the view was a lovely surprise and even better than expected, very well cleaned and well equiped
Resort Feedback - Marvellous pools and gardens, and loved the water taxi and Capatin Dan. Enjoyed watching all the cats and found the shop was well stocked and not over priced, we found the minibus very useful particularly for coming back up from the pool
We would rate our holiday a 9/10.

The views from the balcony are stunning and the Patara Prince Resort was beautiful and charming. We totally relaxed and will definetely visit again.
The owners couldn't do enough and really communicated well throughout the booking.

"[View from balcony to die for. Superb, luxurious resort where you are treated like royalty. Genuinely friendly local people and mind blowing choice of places to eat out. Never returned to same resort before but already thinking of returning to the Patara Prince.] Many thanks for letting us use your wonderful apartment. We had the most fantastic time and absolutely loved the view from your balcony. We will be looking to book again,possibly in June 2008 for our 25th wedding anniversary and my grownup daughter and boyfriend are keen to return in September next year. | "I am unable to recommend booking this property through Villarenters. We booked the property on-line, received a verified booking confirmation and paid the deposit. On that basis we booked our flights. The next day the booking was cancelled by the owner because of an oversight in updating availability and some sort of mix-up between her and Villarenters.
A week later I had still not received a refund and had to obtain an unpublished telephone number to chase-up Villarenters. They admitted the refund had NOT been processed, however it did then arrive a few days later. Villarenters never actually replied to my emails about the refund and I believe the telephone call to their unpublished number was the catalyst for getting my refund in a timely fashion.
In fairness the owner Suzanne was very apologetic about what appears to have been a genuine oversight. She did research alternative rentals for us and also helped to chase my refund from Villarenters.
Following this experience I am unable to recommend Villarenters and would not deal with any agency again unless you are able to speak directly to the owner BEFORE parting with a deposit. For that reason we have now booked elsewhere.

Our stay at the Kalkan Prince Apartment on the Prince Patara Resort was simply wonderful. The apartment was spacious and fully equipped, and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. We spent several days just lounging by the beautiful blue sea, swimming in the pool, and relaxing on the balcony. The on-site restaurants served fantastic food and the resort staff were very friendly and helpful. Booking the apartment online was easy and the owner was helpful in arranging transportation to the resort. I would definitely recommend a stay at the Prince Patara Resort to our family and friends.

"What a fantastic place. The pictures dont do the view from the apartment balcony any justice. The owners have gone out of their way to make the apartment comfortable.. even the ice bucket and welcome tea and coffee was a lovely touch considering the time we arrived. The handy folder inside the apartment made it easy for us to know where to go and what to do. The pools on the resort were utterly superb and the resort buffet nights were delectable and good value after the discount. We found the resort a little steep but the handy free shuttle bus was extremely good and regular for getting to and from the pools. We fell in love with Kalkan and would highly recommend the Doy Doy restaurant and Kosk. We will certainly be going back and would highly recommend the owners who are very helpful and efficient. 10/10!!!

"Kalkan Prince Apartment Review
What a fantastic holiday – the views from the Kalkan Prince apartment are even better than the photos and the apartment itself was a very comfortable home for what was a perfect 10 days. The owners are extremely helpful and everything on arrival was as good or better than we expected them to be. The resort is gorgeous, beautifully landscaped with stunning views and a fab range of facilities, especially the two main pools which are some of the best I’ve seen. As for Kalkan itself – we like travelling and almost never go back to the same place twice, but now I think we might make an exception. A really beautiful little harbour town with friendly people and an amazing range of restaurants. There is a lot to do around the area but we just found it intensely relaxing and you can’t ask for more than that. Thanks again for a brilliant holiday – don’t hesitate to visit Kalkan or the Patara Prince.

"The best resort we have stayed in and the views from the room were absolutely gorgeous. We loved having an afternoon nap on the sunloungers whilst watching the harbour and boats buzzing around the bay. The apartment had everything we needed and the satellite tv was good. The resort was more than we could have expected and the free shuttle service around the resort was very useful. The pools & gardens.. well what can we say.. stunning!! and the staff at the restaurant were very helpful & friendly.
We have fallen in love with the place and Kalkan town was sheer delight with the rooftop restaurants and cosy bars. We recommend Aubergine Restaurant and Daphnes. We will definetely book with you again as the professional service was spot on. Many thanks Ladene"

| "This apartment is situated right at the top of the resort so you get wonderful views of the bay and mountains. The accomodation is nicely decorated and is adequately furnished with kitchen area, large kingsize bed and two twin beds in a seperate room. The shower room has a useful shaving point and hairdryer so you dont need to pack one! and the satellite tv was a good touch.The resort is probably the most beautiful place we have been to and the swimming pools are fantastic. We particularly liked the sunbathing platforms and the infinity pool which is literally a stones throw from the apartment. There is also a handy shop close to the apartment which was useful. Kalkan town is lovely and quaint with an upmarket feel and the rooftop restaurants were great. We will definitely be back."
