| "We loved the area of Kadriye and Belek, very quiet and unspoilt. The villa was large and spacious but not particularly well equipped for self catering, especially as the villa can sleep 10 (only 6 glasses, no barbecue utensils-we used a fork, only 4 sun loungers). The pool had been sabotaged 2 days before our arrival and the pool maintenance man worked tirelessly for 8 days to sort it. For 2 days we couldnt use the pool atall. The garden was covered in dog mess from next doors dogs which she didnt clean up despite us asking her to. The dogs were a constant nuisance in the garden (no fence between the villa and next door) and would be after our food and trying to get in the villa. Also, we had to put everything away each time we were out because the dogs would come round and take anything left out to chew. The villa has potential to be great but it needs a fence putting up to stop dogs and needs to be better equipped."

| "It was our first time in Turkey and I must say we will definitely be returning again, in fact we are already looking for flights for next year! My wife and I took our 3 grandchildren and this villa was perfect, with ample space and beautiful decor. The grandchildren loved spending sunny afternoons playing in the villas private pool while my wife and I enjoyed relaxing under the shade beside it. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and the pool attender arrived early every morning to ensure the pool was cleaned and ready for the day ahead. Car hire was useful for us as we do enjoy venturing out and about and we would advise it for anyone wanting to explore the neighbouring towns. However there is also a regular bus service and taxis are very very cheap. A real taste of Turkish delight."

| "10 of us stayed in this villa (including two children under 5) and we still found it extremely spacious and airy. We were never under each others feet and there was plenty of wardrobe space for all. The kitchen was extremely well equiped and, although we never used it, the bbq was an excellent added feature and could have provided a fantastic feast on a hot summers night. The villa was beautifully decorated with modern furniture and a homely feel. It is a perfectly traditional Turkish villa and exceeded our expectations. And the pool was a very welcomed addition providing hours of fun, and cooling off time, throughout the day. Also the shaded patio area beside the pool was ideal as we had a small baby who could happily sit out of the burning sun, but still in the fresh air and around the rest of the family. We were also visited everyday by the man keeping the pool in order and he was extremely welcoming and happy to answer any enquiries. All the neighbours were very friendly and helpful and the gardener arrived on occasion to attend to the flowers and cut the grass. I would highly reccomend this villa and am planning a return trip in October I enjoyed it that much. Superb!"

| "The villa was very ill equipped. No oven, no microwave, only 3 glasses, plastic patio set, and the biggest disappointment was a barbecue (which the villa advertised having) and it was a tinpot barby for two with no utensils. We struggled most evenings and had to buy the barbecue tools and kitchen equipment, including tea towels. The beach was advertised as a 10 minute walk away, you needed transport. The pool was really a plunge pool and should be advertised as such.
Saw the management couple on arrival they were displeased because they were in the middle of dinner. We next saw them on our last day. They did leave us a phone no which I used when the pool man did not come for 3 days. I would recommend to friends and return ourselves if the villa was better equipped and a proper barbecue (not a £9.99 barby from B & Q) was installed with the utensils.
We did the gardening ourselves, pulling up all the weeds around the perimeter which did get the gardener one day to cut the grass and water one plant nearest his property, otherwise only saw him cycling past us.
We liked the villa, it has a lot of potential."

| "Superb holiday villa in the perfect location the owners have included everything to make it home from home there is even a games system for the kids as well as the pool perfect when the heat rises above the 40 degrees.
plenty of barbecues at night followed by watching the sun go down over the mountains a truly breathtaking experiance and cant believe how much space we had for 6 of us.
we have stayed in many villas before all over the world this has to be one of the best in terms of value for money and quality
already pricing the flights up for next year.
