| "A very hot holiday in Gran Alicant. apartment was lovely, it was clean and welcoming.
it has lots of towels and spare bedding, games, dvds and information about the area.
The pool is right on the doorstep, Chairs are supplied to take down to the pool.
The area is very nice and the locals are very friendly. It has an excellent bus and little tram service.
An excellent apartment for a family holiday.
We would definatley book it again.
Overall a very well stocked apartment with everything that you need to make your holiday a comfortable one.
My only negative point is that the upstairs solarium had no shade, it could really do with a sun canopy or umberella.

| "Well positioned in to allow easy access to all Gran Alicant and surrounding areas. Owners made our stay easy for collection of keys, welcome package etc. All in all a good 2 weeks holiday. Thanks Mick and Jennie."

"We found beds in twin room quite uncomfortable and the overall cleanliness could have been better, but this did not really spoil our holiday although we would not do it again. We enjoyed our stay in the area as we have been there before."

We are sorry you did not enjoy your holiday in the apartment. The bed bases are brand new and not the furniture pack bases that were supplied by the builder. There was a very tight turnaround the day of arrival, which is no excuse, but we are sorry if the cleanliness was not to your expectations and have passed your comments on to the cleaner as we would not like this to happen again. | "It was a real home-from-home feel, with all facillities within the apartment. There are fantastic views from the roof terrace, with the mountains in the distance, providing a picturesque sunset every evening.
The location was excellent for the pool, which was litterally on the doorstep, and was only a short walk to bars and restaurants. There was a reasonably priced and well stocked supermarket about ten minutes walk.
The local area has a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.
We would definitely come again!"

| "The apartment itself was more than adequate in size and its facilities were excellent. It was in a good location, close to shops and beaches. The three pools allowed us choice.
A great base for visiting other locations. Airport only 10 minutes drive. (No aircraft noise)
Communication with the owner was more than excellent, and information provided was up to date. Could not have been more helpful. We would definitely use the location again.
