| "The property manager was not on-site when we arrived, so we had to stay at the Best Western the first night. Unfortunately, we were able to get into the house on the second night. It was dirty to the point of being unhealthy. There was no way we could stay there. We returned the key to the property manager, advised him of the unsanitary conditions and stayed at the Best Western and La Mansion Inn while we were in the area. This was a huge inconvenience because we ended up spending additional money for something that we had thought was already paid for. I am contacting my credit card company and expect a full refund as this was not as advertised. I highly recommend you hire a competent property manager if you wish to continue renting these places."

| "We stayed there only one night because there was no water available and no one available to contact. We ended up renting 3 rooms at Hotel La Colina in Manuel Antonio for 5 nights. After renting the rooms we went back to pick up the luggage and returned the house keys to the person that lived next door, supposely the person taking care of the house. I expect to get a refund of the money I paid because the place was not fit for occupancy.
I expect an answer to this email and a credit posted to my credit card for the five days we did not use the house. You can verify my claim with the house keeper and the neighbor accross the street from the house and also the owner of the Hotel La Colina wher we stayed for the five days."

| "We really enjoyed staying here. The porch was terrific and was honestly where we spent most of our time. It was a bit loud at night with the roosters and dogs but the tradeoff was getting to be in a neighborhood where we could walk to the Bodega or local bar and not have to get in the car and drive. It was also nice to get visits from the neighborhood dogs and get a little familiar with life in Quepos."

| "The property was nice we particularly enjoyed the patio overlooking the City of Quepos. The bedrooms(3) and living room were comfortable and quite large.
The kitchen and bathroom were adequate but quite small and sparsely furnished.
I would recommend that additional kitchen equipment (pots and pans) be added and additional mirrors installed in the bedrooms due to having only one bath with minimal space.
Your service and attention to detail was appreciated."

"Very clean space.
Fruit trees on the property.
Resident chicken & iguana.
Beautiful patio area, bring your own hammock.
tho no comfortable seating.
Beautiful wood built in bars.
Wilbur & Gloriana, the caretakers, were very helpful at checkin.
A good opportunity to live in a Quepos neighborhood. Nice to be able to walk to the city
It was noisy all night long-across the driveway from the only phone in the area. It seems to be a meeting place for the men of the neighborhood.
It was too much togetherness for 6 adults.
We booked for 5 nights. We left after 2.

Thanks for saying so many nice things about Casa Bumerango. We too love the area, and the friendly, social nature of the locals. Our caretakers also thought you guys were very nice. We understand that you took advantage of our discounted weekly rate, even though you had plans to visit other parts of the country.
But Casa Bumerango is only a one-bathroom home, as is typical for the neighborhood, so we understand your group's feeling that there was "too much togetherness."
The homes are constantly being upgraded. The sofa set in this home has already been replaced, and we do have plans to add a second bathroom in the near future.
A more suitable option for your group may have been Casa Verdugo. It sleeps six, has two bathrooms and is only two doors down from Casa Bumerango, at the end of the cul-de-sac.

| "Cozy little home. Perfect Location, right in the center of Quepos and close to the beach. Neighbors are very friendly, including the local vendor across the street."
