| "Wow, where do we start?! We were astounded by how fantastic the villa, the facilities and the location were. Sometimes an owners description can be misleading but not this time. Everything was as described - well I should say better than that even!!! The advice and instructions given were superb from both the owners and the onsite manager. The security staff were all very polite, friendly and welcoming. We had a relaxing, noise free holiday location with all the Theme parks, shopping and restaurants close at hand. Walmart was amazing!!!!!! The only downside was having to fly home."

| "What a lovely villa. It was a joy to arrive here after a nine hour flight. Cot for baby was a proper wooden one with a dro p side( not a travel one you usually get). The room had black out lining on the windows which meant baby slept very well. That said there was also a travel cot in the villa which made a great playpen. In fact if you have a baby with you this villa has all you need (except formula). Indeed the owners were great there as they told me how to get my formula shipped out in advance so we did not have to bring it with us.There was even a spare bottle left out in case we ran short.
This is a lovely quite villa with lots of extras such as alarms on pool doors and a monitored alarm. There is also a pool safety screen supplied at no extra charge which was great as it meant the kids were very safe by the pool. I have already booked again for next year and next time I wont have to bring half of the stuff
I had with me as this villa has everything - even egg cups which most villas dont have

| "Lovely property and the owners were very helpful with all aspects of our trip. Lots of baby items in the villa for us at no extra charge. Items included bottle sterilizer and warmer. Good Liquidiser for baby food. Safery fence around pool was great as we had a toddler with us and he could not wonder into the pool by accident.
Will be booking this villa again as owners give discount for repeat bookings."

| "Lovely villa. Very clean and obviously much loved and cared for by owners. Lots of baby stuff and games room was great for the older kids. they used it as a living room so they were out of our way.
We had a great time in the villa and the owners gave us great tips on shoping as well. we saved a fortune."

| "Beautiful home from home. Loved the new furniture and all the baby items. Made the trip very easy for us with a lot of help from the owners. Management company are on site which is great as they are down in seconds if you have a problem and will help you with anything, They moved the cot for us from one room to another. Would recommend this villa to any family no matter what the ages of children. Free stroller and high chair were great too.

| "Staying at your place was absolutely wonderful, everything was set out brilliantly. Our master bedroom was sooooooo big it was great. Our kids loved the bed as we could all fit in and go to sleep without being crushed. We also thought the extra security on the patio doors stopping the children from opening the doors was spot on.
When we do come back to Florida and we do need a 5 bedroom I will be ringing you as it was a wonderful place."

| "This villa is great. the south facing pool is a must. My friends stayed in a pool that faced west and got hardly any sun. They came up to us for most of the afternoon and evening. The spa was great in the evenings after we had shopped all day. As we had an extended pool deck and lots of pool furniture there was no problem. The games room was great for all the kid and indeed the adults sometimes used it as a refuge as well.
The fact that the living areas are all tiled was great as they were so easy to keep clean. I am also glad we did not have stairs. My friends child fell down their stairs they were not hurt but could have been.
The owners and managers were very helpful and gave us lots of information about orlando before we even got there. This made it easier to organise things. The tips they gave us on car hire saved us a fortune.
Lovely villa which is run in a very friendly and professional manner.

| "Wow What a villa and what a location. Lake Berkely is a great location close to everything but a lovely quite resort. The managers and security guards really work hard to keep loud noise down after 10pm. We rang the mamager one evening and the noise was stopped in eight minutes - impressive.
So glad we got the southfacing pool. Friends had one facing west and came up to us most days after the sun left their pool. We got about four more hours sun than them. One peice of advice to those thinking about renting here - make sure the villa has a southfacing pool.

| "lovely clean spacious villa. Pool and spa are great. kids loved the games room and spent hours in there. We could walk to walmart and all the other shops are so close. Great restaurants.
I have stayed in other villas in Davenport and on highway 27. They were so noisy. This villa is just about a mile from highway 192 but you can't hear a thing. Good easy and quick access to Disney. i spent several days relaxing in the villa itself.
Will book again."

| "I have been to Florida several times but this is by far the best villa I ever stayed in. it is lovely and quite and very private. I made the mistake before of getting a villa on the lake and i was tormented with drunk party makers, joggers and fishermen all having a "chat" with me while i tried to have a bit of peace by the pool.
1080 is a very clean villa that the owners should be very proud of. They have just updated the furniture and have tiled the living area. the extended pool deck is great as you are not shoved up against the pool to get some sun.
The villa is very close to Walmart and a 24 hour pharmacy which was great when my wife got ill from too much sun. the pharmacy has a consultation counter which is free and this saved us huge doctors bills.
The owners Kevin and Anne could not have been more helpful and even called twice while we were out there to make sure everything was OK.
The management company is on site and one day I could not get a socket to work they were up in minutes to change a blown fuse.
The security on the gate is very tight which is good. My friends stayed down the road and got broken into. while they did have a gate the guard was not on 24 duty and the theives got in while he was off duty. If you order a pizza the delivery will not get past the gate until the guard rings the villa to check.
In short i will be rebooking this villa for any further stays in florida.

Thank you for letting us use your lovely villa.
Firstly, let me say that we all had a really great time. Considering that there were 7 of us ranging from 4yrs to 75 yrs, this is an achievement!
The villa was extremely well presented and the management company (and in particular, Mark Curtis) was very helpful and willing to come over at any time to give us advice and assistance.
The best thing about the villa was the games room/garage – we are thinking of doing the same at home as the kids enjoyed the pool table and the air hockey (and therefore did not bug us) – the darts was very popular too and we had a few tournaments. The children went into the swimming pool every day, and considering that the temperature fluctuated from 85 degrees to 50 degrees during our stay, it just shows you that the pool heat was worth it.
The second – best thing is the proximity to Wal – Mart which does allow family groups to self-cater properly – I know it sounds silly, (maybe now you’ve got your first child, you’ll realize) but as long as you can get a few basics in the house, it is soo much easier to keep everybody happy.
The villa is very well priced for a sunshine winter break from the UK and is close to the major attractions. We would certainly recommend your villa for a Florida break. We are confident about driving abroad and we would also tell people who are not “Disney” orientated that there is plenty of scope for exploring the state.
We hope that you guys enjoy your next break as much as we enjoyed our Christmas and New Year !!

"This was my second time staying here. Great house, Great Pool, Great location. Owner could not be more helpful and rang when we arrived to make sure we were happy. I have already rebooked for next year.
This villa is close to everything but in a lovely quite area. All our party loved it and our ages range from 3 - 72. There is something for everyone here. The owners really do take care of you they gave us plenty of advice before we even booked our flights and car. Could not praise this property enough.

"Had a truly fantastic stay due to the comfort this villa offered my family and myself 10 person in all. The villa was in a very conveninet location which helped us access shops and attractions.
