| "We had a lovely week in Casa David. The villa was larger than expected and very clean. The pool was superb and the children liked the fact that it was heated. We had a lovely view and enjoyed the evening stroll to the fabulous local (and cheap) restaurant.
Paula and Steve were really helpful from beginning to end especially with our requests for internet access."

| "This villa is fantastic. Had a brillant week here with family and friends. Everything we were told would be there was, and everything was very clean. The villa was much larger than we expected which was brillant as there was 7 adults and 3 children so there was plenty of room for everyone. My only negative point is the fridge wasnt quite large enough for the amount of people you really could do with a second fridge. Other than that no complaints The local bistro that Paula and Steve reccommend is a must. All round brillant time thanks Paula and Steve for the great service"

| "We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at this gorgeous villa! The photos really do not do it justice! The pool was lovely and warm and a good size, also is salt water. Car hire is definately needed and there is not a supermarket in walking distance. We booked and paid for car hire through a different company four months before we were due to travel and the company cancelled it 4 days before our holiday. We informed the villa management of this and they were brilliant at booking a car for us for one week of the holiday and even got it delivered to the villa, thank you. Would recommend this villla and would definately return in the future."

| "Have just returned after a second visit to Vist Elite. Very quite and relaxing holiday, although developement is not all finished there is no building work going on so surroundings are very quite. Excellent villa, pool and gardens. The area is for people who want a break from the normal noisy tourist areas. Paul & Steve were very helpful making this a very stress free holiday for us."

| "This is a very well equipped and maintained villa, with the pool and gardens maintained to the same high standard.
The local managers were first class, as was the maid and pool services.
My only critisism would be that the maintenance of some of the public access roads needs to be improved."

| "Wonderful villa , superbly equiped and looked after by Paula and Steve. The villa is much bigger than the photos portray. The pool
is fantastic ,lovely and warm and with it having salt water very good for your skin and eyes. We loved the local area and although there are a few
villas in different stages of development they are well away from Casa David which sits in a wonderful open location. Would definately recommend this villa and also the other villas managed by Paula and Steve in the Vista Elite
Estate."

Villa was exactly as described. Ideal for family holiday (4 adults, 3 children, aged 4, 2 and 1. Quiet, as described, but good choice of restaurants and shops within 10 minutes drive. Very spacious property and heated pool that are excellent for children. Local support from managers readily available and they are very attentive. Villa is spacious and spotless. Some development ongoing in estate, but minor. Never heard any noise inside the villa and nothing intruded to enjoyment of pool. Would recommend it to a friend."

| "We visited this superbly equipped and competitively priced villa in October. The heated salt water pool (a must) provided the essential and perfect setting for a memorable autumn break. The pictures dont do the villa justice as it has uninterrupted views and also a lawned and secret garden. Kids loved the ping pong table in the huge basement. Paula and Steve, who look after the villa, added a personal touch, which is often missing in villa holidays. An extensive information pack in the villa ensured our week was full of interesting activities, excursions and culinary treats in local restaurants. A car is essential. Excellent value. Would return and would highly recommend."

| "Our first visit to Portugal and we couldnt have chosen a better location and villa.
Although the estate is still under construction it did not affect our stay in the slightest, no noise or interference at all.
10 of us, Gran and Grandad, 2 sons with wives and 4 kids under 5yrs, plenty of room in this very spacious, comfortable property.
We cannot speak too highly of "Cassa David" we had a great family holiday."

| "Fabulous villa - spacious, comfortable, well equiped and well-located. Pool was great - as was the table tennis table in the basement! You do need a car if you want to make the most of the facilities in the Algarve, but the roads are good and fairly quick. It is a fantastically relaxing place, so we were happy to spend a fair amount of time just chilling at the villa itself. The local managers were very friendly and helpful and did everything they could to make our stay an enjoyable one. A great holiday location!"

| "The villa pool and gardens exceeded our expections. The house was very comfortable with very good quality furniture and appliances. The salt water pool was fabulous and did not irritate eyes or skin. We were very impressed with the standard of cleaniness and the quality of service of maintenance staff and managers. Paula and Steve were very welcoming and helpful and we will definately consider returning."

So very very different from the hussle and bussle of The Costas in Spain and the Western Algarve. When we visit Europe again we will definitely return."
