"having been on many florida villa holidays this is the first time i have had cause for complaint. we arrived late in the evening and were unable to find the advertised cot for our infant daughter. on calling to inform of this we were told that the cot did not exsist and that we would have to pay $50 to hire one. if i had known this i would have brought my own. the pool was dirty on arrival. maintainance paid 3 visits regarding the pool heating. the first to switch it on, the 2nd to check the temp. as it was still cold and the 3rd to repair a fault. this resulted in the pool being heated only for the 2nd week of our holiday. what a waste of money paying for that! the instuctions on how to operate the spa are not made readily available, again you have to phone for this information. after all that our second week in the villa was lovely. it is a lovely property. once the pool and spa were working and clean they were fantastic. great location, close to pretty much everything. just very annoyed at shelling out for non-exsistant cot and pool heating."

Hi, I am sorry that the first week of your stay was not 100% satisfactory. Unfortunatley a part in the pool system failed in between the pool being cleaned and your arrival hence the problems with the water. I was happy to hear that it was all fixed and warm enough for you for the remainder of your holiday.
We did have a cot in the villa and it seems that a previous guest may have took it home with them by ‘mistake’ and this was not realised by housekeeping until your phone call, and for this we can only apologise.

| "The villa was very spacious and was in very good condition overall. It was ideally located for the theme parks and places to see. The swimming pool was very nice but I'm not sure it was as big as the advertised size of 30'. Nonetheless it did not detract from the enjoyment. It was very clean and maintained to a high standard. The location was ideal and was very peaceful. We had to use the maintenance guy once to replace a battery in the smoke alarm which we couldn't reach. He was very efficient, turned up on time and was very cordial. Our only disappointment was although there was a TV in each Bedroom, only the Master bedroom was equipped with an aerial. However, there was a nice large TV in the living room which gave a first class picture. All of the rooms were very well decorated and all of the appliances worked efficiently. We had a great holiday and I would have no hesitation in recommending the Villa"

The 2 children loved the pool and we all enjoyed the games room. We would stay there again if we return to Florida."

| "We stayed in January 2007 and this is an absolutely beautiful villa in a very central location. The villa is open plan and very cool and spacious inside. Everything you could possibly need is taken into consideration. The outdoor pool is lovely and warm (even for January!!) and there is a massive TV in the living room with loads of channels and a TV in each room with a DVD player and a games room so there is loads of entertainment on hand. The villa is within short driving distance to all the parks and to lots of local restaurants and a Wal Mart for groceries. We couldn't think of any negatives either. We would definitley recommend Liberty Villa."

| "We stayed here over Easter '06 and were delighted with our choice.
This is a well maintained, beautiful villa with all the amenities anyone would need. The pool area is spacious with a pleasant aspect. The interior is very comfortable indeed, with a fantastic 50" TV, and a highly specced games room in the garage.
The location is pretty good - only 4 miles to Highway 192 - which makes it handy for most things; Disney, Airport, Lake Buena Vista and even International Drive is only about 15 mins away.
I've thought long and hard about negatives - and can't come up with ANY.
1 slightly niggly thing was that the pool heating wasn't on for our first day - but this was quickly sorted.
We will definately look to come back here the next time we are on Orlando
