"We have enjoyed our holidays at the villa so much that this will be our fourth visit this year (2008).
The villa is presented to the highest standards, and the fantastic pool is great after a day at the parks.
The location is an added bonus as it is approx 10 mins from Disney,with all the the top restaurants within 5 mins.

"Our stay at the Villa was fantastic.
We have been visiting the Orlando area since 1994 almost every year staying in a hotel.
Our first experience was very positive.
Jack the owner was with us all the way.
Next time around I would not hesitate to rent this Villa again.
I highly recommend it to anyone.

Thank you for letting us use the villa, we had a very enjoyable vacation.
We found everything in perfect order, the home was very clean and all the supplies needed were available.
Having spent two weeks at Villa Overtoun we were very pleased with all it,s features and the quiet, convenient location .
It was clean and well prepared when we arrived , and has a bright, open design which makes it a very enjoyable place to be.
It was well equipped with all the "comforts of home ".
Any needed supplies could be obtained very close by and this made for a very convenient stay.
The details to arrange the rental, and to access the villa on arrival, were simple and were handled smoothly.
Our thanks to Jack for the opportunity to use the villa and for his assistance with the details.
We anticipate vacationing in Florida next year and will contact you about availability- it really is a nice place.
