| "I would recommend this property to anyone who is going on holiday to Florida. The property is fantastic it has everything you will ever need for your stay. Thumbs up to big Tony. The flowers in the living room look fantastic."

| "The Property itself was very nice, not that clean but in general pretty good condition, and everything you could want, well equiped kitchen, games room great ... the front Door lock needs a little instruction, once you have the knack of a Key code and turn to the Right, or an outside light to assist, we arrived late and could not see a thing ..
We paid for the Pool heating for a week and by Mid week this was off ... noticably colder ..
A nice property ina great location and apart from the few niggles it would have come up first rate ."

| "Our three week stay at Tonys place in Kissimmee was absolutely superb. The villa had everything from a lovely pool (like a bath in April!), a games room and spacious living areas. It is located in beautiful surroundings, two minutes from Wal-Mart and other amenities on the 192, and only 10 minutes from all the major parks. Absolutely ideal!"

| "Perfect location to all that Orlando has to offer, only 10mins drive to Disney. Spacious, clean, accommodation with everything in place as described. Any problems we had with regard to the pool pump were minor and rectified quickly by picking up the phone. Only critisism would be that the carpet is showing its age and a couple of blinds in the rear bedrooms need mechanical attention other than that superb value for money."

| "My only comment is in relation to pool heat. As promised, the pool was heated ready for our arrival but sadly it lost its heat within a couple of days. The Management Company agreed to have it checked but sadly it was too cold to use by day 5 of our 10 day stay. We did not pursue it further.
I have chosen the above ratings exclusive of pool conditions.

| "This being my 2nd visit to this property this year, I find the house more than adequately meets our needs matched with a very good location. The house immediately has a most welcoming effect and is excellently equipped. I have no hesitation in recommending this property which is undoubtedly the best property we have visited during our many years of renting property in the Orlando/Kissimmee area."

| "Had a brilliant holiday in Florida and our villa at Eagle Pointe was excellent. Very good value for money,excellent condition throughout and very spacious.We all enjoyed the games room and the pool area which was clean and well maintained.Convenient location for all our needs,theme parks,shopping and dining.We would'nt hesitate in recommending this villa to anyone and thanks to Tony and the team at villarenters for making our holiday such a memorable and enjoyable occasion."

| "I just wanted to take time out to say a big thank-you to Tony and Gail at tangflorida. My stay was excellent and I had a wonderful week. We had a group of 8 of us staying in the villa and it suited us perfectly. We could have spent all day in the villa itself with the pool and games room but we obviously went for the attractions at Disney which we found was easy to travel to.
Many thanks for making our holiday a wonderful experience.
