| "This is a wonderful Villa in a quiet area. It has a large pool approx 10x5m. There is plenty of space in the garden, and has excellent shade. There is no air conditioning but the area always has a wonderful breeze, making it very comfortable.The villa is well equiped and I believe a dishwasher is going to be added, which as we are a family of 6 would be very handy. This is our second visit and we have thoroughly enjoyed staying there."

"The villa was just what we expected and was also very private.
There were a couple of minor problems - where the bolier ran out of gas which left us with no hot water. I looked for a new gas bottle but there were three empty ones !!
I therefore removed the bottle from a mobile gas fire.
All in all we had a great holiday and the villa was excellent value."

Dear Keith,
Very glad you enjoyed your stay. Our agents are instructed to ensure there is always a full spare gas bottle for both the boiler and the cooker. They obviously slipped up here, and will be suitably chastised :-(

| "We had wonderful holidays in Dos Almendros: very nice and well equiped house (kitchen, living room, outdoor equipment) with a personal touch, plenty of shade in the hot periods of summerdays, thanks to the naya (shaded terrasse), and to the trees in the garden. The swimming pool is big and can be lighted in the evening. The property is fenced and secure for children. The people from the management agency are nice and efficient."

"Dos Almendros was very well equipped and really felt like a much loved home. The decoration was not luxurious but everything you could possibly need was provided. I loved the mosquito blinds on all the windows as I am always eaten alive! The owners should consider fitting these to the living room windows too.
The pool was breathtaking, especially at night with the lights on - even though the water was chilly, we swam every lunchtime, before the sun disappeared behing the trees and it felt a million miles away from a wet October in London!
The villa is a great place to get away from it all and was very tranquil. Javea itself is very small and quiet with lots of good places to eat, and is well placed to visit the rest of the region.
On a separate note, please change your directions to tell renters to take the AP7 not the A7 motorway to the villa as the A7 goes nowhere near Javea - Luckily we knew the area or we would have gotten very lost!"

Glad you enjoyed your visit, and yes, the lounge windows will have the flyscreens for next year.
We tell visitors to take the A7 as that is the road number signposted in the towns. You do eventually join the AP7, so I have amended the instructions to clarify this, although nobody has gone astray so far. :-)

| "The villa was very spacious (but we were only 2 and a tiny one!), extremely well equipped, very clean and well presented. The welcome pack was a very nice touch, with useful contents (we used everything). For us it was just about the right distance out of Xabia town (10 mins in the car - but you do need a car to get supplies or to get anywhere else). The location is superb with great views of the Montgo (mountain), it is reasonably private and secluded, having only a couple of Spanish residents as neighbours."

"WE ENJOYED A WONDERFULL 10 DAYS AT DOS ALMENDROS. IT WAS CLEAN, WELL MAINTAINED AND VERY WELL EQUIPED. THE POOL WAS SUPERB. JUST WATCH OUT FOR THE SLIPPERY TILES. WE WOULN'T HESITATE TO RETURN AND WOULD RECOMEND IT TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A QUIET HOLLIDAY IN A NICE AREA"

Very pleased you enjoyed your stay. We had the tiles specially treated in May 2005, although they need a monthy clean and we are not sure this is happening. Maybe time for a new pool cleaner?

| "We spent our honeymoon at dos almendros in august 2004 and it was fantastic. Peacefull,relaxing everything we had hoped for and more.
The villa was perfect,so clean and well looked after and the owners were wonderfull, could not do enough to help. I would defenatley recommend dos almendros, perfect place to relax and unwind."

"We were very pleased to find that Dos Almendros was exactly as shown in the on line brochure - an unusually pleasent surprise!
The cleaning staff , a retired English 'Husband & Wife' team, were exceptionally friendly, and cleaned the villa at very short notice on a Saturday afternoon even though they were going out to an important function that evening, in fact they even joined us in a glass of wine!
Well done to everyone at Villarenters.com."
