"we were the first renters and the house was not clean. a lot of dead bugs. we had to clean the property first.
house was very convenient and location for visits to the north of portugal was excellent.
due to the weather we could not make use of the swimming pool and garden, for that reason the value for money was not more then fair."

The weather in June 2007 was a disaster here, and certainly did not help anyone to enjoy a holiday in Portugal during that period. We can only report what average weather recors show, but we can by no means give any guarantee that weather will respect the recorded patterns.
Concerning the other problems stated, we regret that no complaint was done locally, directly to the property owner. Customer was shown to the house by the property owner, and received information with property owner telephone number to be used in case of any requirement or problem. Furthermore, this is a very heavily booked property, not left unattended and durty. We must insist that any Customer who notes a defect or failling equipment should report it immediately to the local responsible person. To report a complaint only after returning from the holiday is not only unfair but also unverifiable.
