| "we had a fantastic time at the villa,its beautiful.When we arrived we had a couple of problems,but the maintaince man came straight over and sorted them out.He was great and told us of local restaurants and bars etc that he recommended,made us feel at home from day one.will definetley go back,lovley house great area."

| "This is our second visit to this home as we were very impressed by the standard and quality thefist time. This home has everything you need to make your holiday truely enjoyable. The house is immaculate and accomodates your every need. The games room is fantastic for children, or in our case the younger adults. You also have everything you need for a day out at the beach and also a leisurely bike ride in the morning. We had a totally relaxing and peaceful holiday and would like to thankyou for sharing your home with us. We will definately be returning."

| "Absolutely stunning villa refurbished to an exceptional standard. We were overwhelmed with this villa. It is set in a stunning location and was spotless on arrival. The garage was full of items we could use such as fishing rods, inflatables for the pool, volleyball net I could go on. We were sad to leave at the end of the holiday and will be making another visit! I can highly recommend this villa to other visitors."

| "We had a brilliant time in this villa. It was peaceful and secluded yet was only a short drive to shops, supermarkets, restaurants and the most beautiful beaches my family had seen. The villa is very modern and really well equipped with everything you could need. My husband, father and son especially enjoyed fishing off the jetty and playing in the games room! I would really recommend this villa, we hope to visit again as soon as possible!"

| "The villa made our holiday. This was our fifth visit to Florida and second time to this particular area and we can honestly say that this is the best villa we have stayed in. It is a perfect get away from it all place. You are not overlooked, and to sit in the spa and watch the wildlife go by is just heaven. It is clean, has everything you could wish for and more - very useful beach chairs for our use in the garage - and extremely comfortable and spacious. The management were very helpful and we felt that if there had been a problem with anything, they would have dealt with it straight away.
I can highly recommend this villa, and we will definately be going again."

"The Zenith was an ok property. Very spacious living area and very comfortable beds. There was actually no garage for use for car. Filled with owners personal items and game room. Pool area was nice, but lounge chairs were very hard plastic, the owner could put cushions on the loungers. Although the property is only one year old, it is ready to be refurbished wtih new towels and linens. Had a problem also with a hidden charge, we used the grill once and cleaned it throughly, but the owner charged us $50 to clean it. Again it was a nice property but there are better out there for the money."

There are two sides to every story.
I would firstly indicate to readers of this review the amount of bookings we have already received, repeat bookings taken and forward bookings.
In response to the specific points, I will respond with the facts:
-We always ask renters if they wish to use the double garage as a Games Room or as a garage
-There are no personal items in the garage; all items are for guest use
-The pool loungers are very high quality outdoor resin loungers not intended to be used with “cushions”
-The property was completed in February 2006
-We constantly change and renew towels and linen; days before Mr Reinel arrived we replaced bedding linen, which was subsequently soiled by the Reinels
-There are no “hidden charges”. The cleaning charge for the BBQ is quite transparent; we do not expect incoming guests to use a dirty BBQ and ask the departing guests to leave it as they found it
Mr Reinel failed to mention the facts that we did everything in our power to preserve the booking when Mr Reinel was experiencing problems fulfilling the booking, and that on the day of arrival he obtained the key by deception and entered the property 4 hours in advance of the scheduled entry time without authorisation.
In conclusion I would say that, as an owner, we would not be welcoming the likes of Mr Reinel back to our villa. Owners beware!

| "Thoroughly enjoyed stay at the Villa. Met and exceeded our expectations - beds were very very comfortable. Facilities excellent.
One minor point - on website it includes cot and high chair as part of the amenities - however these were extra from the management company. Therefore a bit misleading.
Really looking forward to our stay there next April!!"

| "This was a beautifully furnished villa, with everything you could possibly need & spotlessly clean. It is new & very spacious. The master bedroom suite is huge, with ensuite bathroom, all very tastefully decorated. The two lounge areas make it perfect for the larger family, as there is plenty of room to relax and not be ontop of one another. The kitchen is very well equipped & everything easy to use. It has a larger than average pool with jacuzzi and plenty of room to sit around the pool & relax. All the furnishings are new & of very high standard, from the huge flatscreen TV to the luxurious sofas. The Villa is in lovely surroundings, not overlooked, with water to the side & back. It is approx 15 minutes drive to a lovely shell/sandy beach.We would highly recommend it."

| "This is a lovely home to vacation in! The kids loved the pool and it was nice to relax in the hottub after they went to bed! The pool table in the games room was a huge hit also. The home is well equipped and a pleasure to stay in.
