| "Lovely clean,well furnished comfotable apartment within a quiet and well maintained complex.The kitchen is so well equiped there is nothing you could want for. Tea,coffee, milk and water awaited us on our arrival,which was most welcome. The huge balcony with sunloungers and patio furniture is where we spent most of the time venturing down to the pool when it got too hot.Found the Spar opposite excellent for groceries and fresh fish and meat.We enjoyed cooking simple meals and eating outdoors whilst taking in the magnificent views.Local bars and restaurants good,lots of entertainment no need to walk to the front although we did most evenings as it is such a pleasant stroll and there is some good live music there.We enjoyed The Irish Times and The Welcome.
Would certainly recommend Apartment 202 El Miridor and would love to return there again."

| "Superb position on a smart,modern,secure gated complex. Principally residential and was very quiet during our stay. Very close to supermarket, great bars for food, drink and music at reasonable prices. Late night music sometimes drifts from some nearby bars but it didnt bother us. Apartment was excellent, Reasonable size - plenty of room for a couple or 2+2 family. Well equipped. large West facing sun terrace with very useful windup canopy and huge private rooftop all-day sun terrace with fabulous views. We know the area very well and believe it would be difficult to better this apartment and its position. Excellent meet and greet service was well worth the money. Weather was fantastic during out two week stay."

| "We spent a lovely relaxing week in your property
and the close proximity to Bar 39 with great
entertainment put the icing on the cake.
A lot of steps up to the apartment as well as
the climb up from town could be a problem for
some but Thank God not for us yet!
The apartment decor, furniture and design is excellent and is really clean and fresh.
The Complex is also quiet and secure."

| "We had an excellent time. This was the 2nd time we have been to El Mirador and were not disappointed with the apartment - it had everything we needed. Having the w ashing machine was an added bonus! Apartment would not have been suitable for everyone however due to the stairs to reach it.

| "Very nice, clean apartment in lovely complex.
No complaints whatsoever.
I found it to be in a nice position 10min stroll down to the sea front.
Only thing I would say is for the less mobile or elderly it could be a problem with the steps up to the property."

"Have stayed in many different apartments in Los Cristianos over the years and this apartment is rated as one of the best.However the enjoyment of using the apartment was spoiled by the failure of the management company to provide a linen and towel change during our 12 night stay."

| "fantastic spotlessy clean apartment which was fully furnished to a high level. It is in a beautiful location with 2 gorgeous views of Los Christianos. We have holidayed at nearby apartments but El Mirador was of a higher standard. Our booking was so well managed and we were kept informed of our status. A brilliant complex with new, clean accomodation. We as a family for small daughter had a really lovely time. Thank you"

"The property is situated approx 10 mins from the sea front,down hill,but 15mins back to the apartment UP the hill.It is not suitable for the infirm or disabled.Having said that the apartment is in good condition with just a couple of little niggles not worth compaining about on site.One of the main comments(by my wife)is dispite comments and requests in the visitors book there is still no full length mirror.We had trouble with the TV and it was seen to the same day which was good.The rug in the living room was stained in a few places which was not so good but overall I would recommend the apartment to anyone who is able to walk without any problems"

Thank you for your feedback.
We are fully aware of the entries in the visitors book requesting a full length mirror and this will be purchased in the owners next visit in January. The rug had a couple of minor marks (caused by the people before you) but this has now been dry cleaned.
We take pride in maintaining the apartment to the highest standard and welcome any feedback.

| "Set in a nice elevated position overlooking Los Cristianos and beyond.
The apartment is well equipped and nicely furnished with 2 terraces which get the sun most of the day.
We found the complex to be very quiet at all times and conveniently located for restaurants/bars and an excellent supermarket, however, it is a 15 min walk to the sea, so a hire car would be useful.
In our opinion, it would not be suitable for people with reduced mobility or small children as there are alot of stairs.

"Property in good location, i.e. away from crowds.
Need to update instructions on how to get into the property.We arrived in the dark, couldn't get in the gate to locate key which was situated by the front door, two storeys up! Had to wait until somebody from the complex came to unlock the entry door, then it was a matter of finding what block and our no. Not easy in the dark - don't think the key box on the door is a good idea, as you need the key to gain entry!! Instructions I was given were not good.
We experienced just over 2 days of rain, so couldn't eat outside. Owner needs to provide 2 bar stools so one can eat at the kitchen counter.
Also, from a Health & Safety point of view, there were no pillow protectors! Should be as the pillows will get manky after awhile.
Sorry I am picky, but I speak the truth!
Karoake music from the nearby bar did go on until mid-night each night - which one can hear in the bedroom with patio doors closed obviously!

Dear Pat,
Thank you for your feedback. I hope you don't mind me saying but there are several facts that are incorrect in what you say.
Firstly, when we realised the gates closest to the apartment were being locked at night, I emailed you to tell you to use the main complex gates. Secondly. I directed you to exactly where the block and the apartment was within the complex and there are lights on at night.
I would like to point out that never have we been able to hear (or had any client) mention you can hear Karoake music from the bedroom - there is a considerable distance between the apartment and the bar you refer too.
Every other review about this apartment has been 5 star, but of course there is nothing wrong in being picky. However, feedback is always valuable and anything our clients tell us will be listended too. Also, you have since emailed me saying that you did have a lovely time and indeed are thinking of coming back again next year!! So clearly your standards are very high and you realise the apartment is of the same standard. (I just wish you would have published the email you sent to me rather than these peculiar comments).
Our success rate in repeat business is roughly 1 in 5 customers and that is incredibly high considering many people would will holiday in different countries every year. I am very glad that you will be added to this list and I look forward to welcoming you next year.

| "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at El Mirador. the apartment was lovely and very clea, bright and spacious.The kitchen was very well equipped and there was plenty of storage space in the bedroom The balcony was huge with the addition of sun loungers and pergola. We also had the added bonus of having a roof terrace. The apartment is well positioned for getting the sun all day long.The complex itself is very well laid out and again clean and well maintained. We thought a few more plants and flowers would be a nice touch.It was also very peaceful but only a short walk down to the busier part of Cristianos All in all we found El Mirador a lovely place to stay. We shall definitely be booking again and would recomend it to our friends. Excellent value for money!"

| "I would just like to say that we had a great time staying at the El Mirador apartments. They were very clean and modern and plenty of space for 4 people. It was especially handy to have a washing machine and iron in the apartment... If I had known earlier I wouldn't have taken as many clothes!!! Both pools were great, especially the bigger one near the pool bar (which I must say serves great food and has friendly staff!!) I would also like to mention that the were plenty of good restaurants within walking distance of where we were staying we recommend Bella Roma for dining and takeaways, really nice food and Rosies mexian (advisable to book a table)!!!! Overall I would definately recommend this apartment to family and friends and I would definately be booking to stay here again."

"Lovely apartment, and complex. Nice and quiet at the time of year that we chose to go. Good location, and likely to get better as more amenities are provided within the area.
Only recommendations for improvement:
- provide brolly or option for shade on the terrace
- the cleaners could do better.

I am really glad you liked the apartment and I agree the location and views are stunning!
When the apartment was checked over before your stay it was absolutely spotless. The problem was that even though you had 7 days of pure sunshine, the day before your arrival and just after we cleaned it, we had a small tropical storm. I can therefore understand if the balcony and patio furniture was a bit mucky. Sorry about that but there is nothing we could do about it.

| "We've just returned from a fabulous week at E202 in El Mirador. The apartments are brand new and lovely. They are excellently furbished and the kitchen has every utensil you can think of, along with full oven, hob, microwave and toaster. The balcony is huge and it also has a lovely roof terrace, although we didn't need to use this as the balcony is so large! The apartment has lovely sea views and gets the sun from about 11am until late in the evening.
It didn't have a DVD player as advertised.
The only bad thing about this apartment is that there is an Irsh Bar fairly close by which plays quite loud music until late into the might, so this might not suit some people. Also Los Cristianos is very hilly so you've got to be quite fit to negotiate the hills - either that or take taxi's, but these are very cheap. There are some lovely restaurants nearby, we recommend the Mexican (Rosie's) and the Italian (Bella Roma).
Overall, we had a fantasic week and would definitely return to El Mirador."

| "Apartment was as described, clean and very well equipped. Location was excellent - 10 minutes walk from the centre with a couple of nice bars and restaurants much closer. Roof terrace gets sun all day with large balcony getting the afternoon and evening sun. Enjoyed it so much I've booked this apartment again for later in the year!"
