| "I WOULD LIKE TO THANK LINDA AND BARRY FOR RENTING US THEIR ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC HOME. EVERYTHING WE COULD HAVE WANTED FOR WAS PROVIDED AND IT EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. THE POOL IS A MAJOR PLUS, TRULY WONDERFUL AFTER A LONG ROUND OF GOLF. THE GOLF COURSE WAS GREAT, AND TO PLAY ALL WE HAD TO DO WAS TURN UP AT THE CLUBHOUSE. ALSO I HAVE TO MENTION VAN DER VALKS MANAGEMENT AS THEY LOOKED AFTER ANYTHING WE MAY HAVE NEEDED. WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO OUR FRIENDS AND ANYONE WHO MIGHT BE SEARCHING FOR A PLACE TO RENT IN FLORIDA."

| "We found the property to be more than we had expected. The pictures on the web site do not do the property justice and if they were changed to include a better view of the pool and lanai from behind the property it would come across much better.
The property is well cared for and the estate management are very friendly and attentive.
The free golf and caddy cars were a bonus which helped round off a very good week."
