| "I have not stayed personally in your apartment, but have stayed on this complex twice and im trying to book for this xmas. I cannot understand how any one can put this complex down at all? i have nothing but praise for it and recommend it to everyone.its cheap, clean, staff great excellent maid service.
As long as i have a clean bed can shower and have a cuppa in a morning im happy.And for what you to pay to sstay in these apartment they more than cover than that."

"This apartment shares its reception area with Paraiso del Sol, which is about 5 mins walk away, around what can best be described as a "city block" in the American sense. The pool is also shared because actually this is all one large complex.
The apartments themselves are clean, tidy, reasonably well maintained, but it's no palace, so please dont expect it to be.
They are 2-stoery blocks, some of which are down steps below street level so please consider this if you have difficulty with steps.
The reception staff are very helpful, likewise the ever-present security staff.
The block is literally 5 mins walk from the main sea front/promenade. It's close enough to the night life, but far enough away to be reasonably quiet.
Try to get an UPSTAIRS room if you can due to cockroaches.
It's located within easy walking distance of shops, bars, clubs, restaurants and about 20 mins walk from the bus station."

I do not agree with the "city block" comment at all and the balcony overlooks pleasant gardens. As the property is "clean, tidy and reasonably well maintained" I feel that this is quite acceptable to most holidaymakers and if you want a "palace" you go for a 4 or 5 star complex and pay accordingly. The ground floor of the 2 storey blocks are below street level but this apartment is above street level and is upstairs and has no problem with cochroaches. I also note that this is made by someone from Cardiff and my records do not show anyone from that city staying in my apartment in the last couple of years and wonder if it relates to this apartment. We ask people who stay to complete a questionnaire and have not yet had a negative response. Some apartments are let by the complex but ours is privately owned and cared for.
