| "We spent 3 weeks at the property August 09. There were 7 of us 4 adults and 3 children. The water went off a couple of times but thats life in Bulgarian villages. The pool was fantastic and the children loved the animals and wildlife. Sitting in the back garden at night and looking up at the stars is amazing. The villagers were extremly helpful especially the local shop. Pool was fantastic."

| "Thank-you so much for a fantastic holiday! we were let down badly 2 days before due to travel to Bulgaria to another villa and Dominic came up trumps by coming to our rescue and arranging our stay here at such short notice! An amazing experience in a traditional Bulgarian village,amazing views,particulaly from 3rd balcony with bottle of wine, watching locals bring their cattle across fields and an amazing sun set to boot!Villagers made us very welcome, sharing their produce with us and the local rakia, say no more! George the pool man maintained the pool & gardens to very high standard and was very popular with our son. In fact we liked the place so much that we are considering buying in the area! Highly recommended to anybody wanting a real rural retreat."

| "A perfect place for a rural holiday. The Villa and Gardens are beautifully kept and the Pool is an absolutely great addition. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this Villa to anybody who loves a rural holiday. With Yambol only a short taxi ride away we were able to enjoy it's fine restaurants and local wine in the evenings.
Anna the house keeper ensured we were happy and even took us shopping in Yambol when we first arrived. We had a great holiday, no more needs to be said.

| "We had a fantastic time. The villa was comfortable and roomy. The pool was certainly the highlight, it was large, very clean and we had lots of fun with the pool toys.
The equipment in the villa for us to use was very usefull and made it feel like a home from home.
The location was rural and eye opening. We had quite a few adventures with the locals and felt like royalty where ever we went.
Anna and Yvan treated us like extended family and we were sad to leave them at the end of the week.
We had an great time and would recommend it to anyone looking for a holiday with a cultural experience as well as being able to relax in comfort."

| "This is our third stay in Villa Chelnik and the second time we had taken the same friends over to the villa. They loved it so much the first time out as soon as we got back in May they wanted to return.
The villa meets our expectations time and time again.The villa is home from home and is always well maintained.
During our stay we were looked after like royalites and Anna even cooked us a mealwhich was unbelievable. Anna was always at hand if we needed anything or to do any house work that was needed.
Overall the villa is excellent value for moneyand would definitely recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in a rural location in Bulgaria.

| "This is my 2nd stay in the villa and have booked it again for the summer. I would recomend the villa to anyone. The villa met our expectation and more, the kids love to go back there because of the huge pool which is always maintained.
Everytime weve arrived at the property it is spotless .
Whilst we were there on our stay we were adequately looked after by the property managment who were always there to lend a hand and to chat with , in Bulgarian of course.
This villa is superb value for money all round.

| "Villa Chelnik was very well located and easy to get to from Bourgas airport. The welcome pack was handy and we were had coffee and toast as soon we arrived. Everthing was provided from toiletries, to towels. There were even dvds to watch! Renting a car was a good idea for nipping into Yambol for shopping but there were shops within walking distance. The interior of the villa was relaxing and cool despite the sunshine outside. The real highlight was the large pool and I lost count of the number of times that I dipped in and out of it! We had a wonderful holiday and would recommend this villa to everybody we know."

| "only thing that let it down was air conditioning as the temperatures were 114 degrees some days.also i thought there was a telephone in property, it could do with one.fly nets are a must as people with little ones need to leave doors open for obsrevation, the flies were a pest. over all everything was good."

presentation make it an ideal holiday if you
want a peaceful break.The spacious garden and
pool are also a great feature.
The neighbours are so friendly and polite,
they make you feel very welcome.Anna and her

"Hello Dominic,
Great holiday,great weather and superb villa and pool.Anna and her family were fantastic,very generous hard working people.The children have milked goats,ridden donkeys and now have 2 kittens named after them.This was a very different holiday for us,as you now Bulgaria is on the whole very poor but there generosity has made our holiday,the children have learnt a lot.
