| "A lovely spacious and well kept property, the pool area was a delight with the sun on it throughout the day. It was in a quiet location, a good escape from the day to day hustle and bustle of florida!
Access to all areas was ideal.
Ideal for both families and couples."

| "Rob and Angie were extremely helpful in arranging our stay and saved us money on our car hire.
When we arrived the villa exceeded all our expectations, it was clean and very well appointed, the pool heated and ready for use and the welcome pack was very welcome. Pine Lake View is on a residential development that is quiet and well cared for, it is about 15 minutes from the Disney Parks and ideally located for getting about.
Thanks Rob / Angie, you helped us have a truly unforgettable holiday."

| "When we initially arrived at our villa we discovered there had been a leak in one of the bedrooms (we subsequently found out that a previous guest had tampered with the sprinkler system causing saturation of a wall-section).
The owner happened to be in Orlando himself that week and, without any hesitation, moved us to one of his other villas. The service was exemplary allowing us to thoroughly enjoy our week’s stay.
I whole heartedly recommend using this property at any of his villas.

| "There were a few maintenance issues..
such as the disposal was not working, the kitchen faucet leaks when it is positioned over the right side sink. The sliding glass patio door was difficult to operate. But overall, we enjoyed the pool, and all the accessories that were included. Also, we were pleased with the location of the property, and the privacy we endured. Thanks"

| "I have used Rob and Angela's villas several times. I have never been disappointed. All of the properties I've stayed at are beautiful. No expense is spared and there is always someone on the end of the phone if we have any queries. I would definitely recommend any of the villas and are excellent value for money.

| "The villa was spacious ,well maintained and in a perfect location.
However , we did feel that the tv channel selection was very limited and the information pack stated that the rubbish collection was on tues & Fri but they actually collected on Mon & Thurs .
Also it would have been nice if a representative had contacted us at some point to make sure that everyting was ok ."

a great place to spend your holiday, the villa is in a beautiful area and the location is ideal for all main attractions. We were sorry to leave as we felt so at home. I will certainly return in the near future"

"We arrived with very high expectations due to recommendation by family member who had stayed in same house before. We were NOT disappointed! The area is very airy with well spaced out houses - other areas we noticed had much closer built accommodation.
We had a bit of trouble finding our way around for the first few days because the house is off all maps we could find of the area - but once sorted, it was a very easy journey indeed.
The only slight worry during our stay arose when the pool guy announced on our last day that there was zero chlorine in the pool! Luckily, none of us were ill!"
