| "we stayed at this studio apartment for two weeks it was very clean and well maintained chris was really lovely and extremely helpful some one before us had actually taken the dvd player obviously not chriss fault but he had one there for us the very nxt day and even brought us some dvds for our 3 year old which we really appreciated. the pool was very clean and the weather was beautiful we were there in august. overall we were very hapy with our holiday and would recommend it to a couple or family with one child. it is a quiet resort so wouldnt really be suitable for a group of people but we enjoyed our stay and had a lovely 2 weeks. thanks chris, oh and best to get chris to do your airport runs as it is cheaper than a taxi"

Im sorry you were dissapointed with the welcome pack, but it was described as "Basic essential provisions" and contained quality branded products, all of which have been previously requested by past customers.
I have checked the oven and it is functioning correctly. There is an optional 2nd heating element which I suspect was not used. User instructions are provided."

| "Apartment was in good order. TV with DVD player and digital was handy to have. The area was very quite and the people in the apartment area where very nice and friendly. The local ammenities were good also. The closer Supermarkets can be expensive so i would suggest a short 10 min walk to a larger Supermarcado along the strip. I wouldnt bother with the welcome pack either, you would be better off buying your own food etc to start when you get there as you may not want what is bought in advance. The oven in the apartment is crap so cooking times will have to triple. The pool was good and clean. There are 2 pools on the complex also. Beach is only a 5-10 min walk away and is good. Bring a snorkel and googles :-D. Plenty of restaurants within a 10 min walk and could eat at a different one each night for a week if you wanted. Chris was very friendly and helpful also. Would recomend this apartment to a couple seeking a quite get away. 1 child would also be ok as the small 1 bedroom wouldnt occupie any more than people than that. The apartment is small but it does the job for a week. I would suggest renting a car also if you want to get out and about. Taxi to Torrevieja town cost 14 euro each way. Steer clear of renting from the motorcycle shop just outside the apartment at the back. The bikes are awful and very dangerous.
Me and my partner had a good time here an in all and it was great for a cheap getaway we are in our late 20s and it suited us. I would recomend this apartment to friends and family but wouldnt return again as we like a change of scene."

| "Everything was as said in description was no shocks on arrival. I would definally recommend to anyone looking for a nice relaxing holiday in the sun. if i had to find a fault the only bad thing is there isnt enough variaty of resturants to eat out in the evening."

| "I can really recommend this studio as I have lived there for over a year in total over the years.
Its very clean, comfortable and a wonderful place to live. I really liked the neighborhood too lovely neighbours, a safe place and all in all a fantastic area.
Its private and harmounious, yet very close to all the fun places and the beaches:-)
Chris and Rachel are the most wonderful and friendly people I know, always making sure that you are happy- very helpful- I cant compliment them enough:-)
Cabo Roig is absolutely worth a visit! And I know I will be back to stay in the studio again and again:-)

| "The apartment was perfect for either a couple of a family with one child. It was very clean and all of the amenities worked well. We were very pleased with the quality of the appliances and were able to cook our meals and do our laundry easily. The bathroom was great and we loved the power shower.
The apartment is set in a mainly residential area. We found it to be friendly and peaceful. The pool facilities were excellent and we were able to relax there on many occasions. There is a nearby street, known as the cabo roig strip with hosts many many restaurants, bars, a few shops and also internet cafes. The prices vary depending on where you eat but we found it to be reasonable on the whole. There is a beach which is walking distance from the apartment. Its fairly small but very pleasant and there are places around it to buy food and drinks. There are also a few other beaches nearby but these are a bit far to walk to.
If you want to do some shopping then the nearest town is torrevieja. Its about 10 mins drive away. It also has a beach and theres lots of shops and restaurants.
We chose to use the local taxi service instead of hiring a car. It is slightly cheaper to do this and we found that it saved the stress of having to work out where to go as the road system can be confusing. The taxi drivers were very friendly and spoke good english.
Chris, the owner of the property and very helpful and very friendly. He made us feel very welcome and he gave us a run through of everything we would need to know. I recommend his airport pick up and dro p off service as we were very grateful of it.
We really enjoyed our holiday in cabo roig and would definatley return."

| "Beautiful location on a clean and well maintained site. The plants trees and flowers were a joy. Security barriers ensured privacy and safety. The pool was huge, clean and inviting however the water was still too cold to swim. We did not want to leave. The kitchen and bedroom exceeded our expectations in the variety and quality of the fittings, cooking utensils and tableware. The powershower in the bathroom plus the bath and bidet were an unexpected bonus. The whole place was spotless. There were few guests at this time of year but those whom we did meet were chatty and friendly. Chris could not have ben nicer. We will definitely go back and have already reccommended it to others. Thank You"

Sheila and Eammon are great and very friendly. We don't tend to go back to places again, but would definitely recommend to a family with two small children."

| "The property is to be found ina quiet residential part of Capo Roig but is within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. The property itself was just as described and was clean and ready for us on arrival. The main bedroom area for adults is the lounge area where the settee folds down to make the bed; the second bedroom area is quite small but is adequate for two young children. The facilities within the apartment, the quiet location and the nearby beach enables us to have a wonderful relaxing break at Angius V; we would certainly cosider returning another year."

| "It did not get a lot of sunshine being a ground floor flat but with the heat that can be a bonus. The use of 3 pools was out of this world - the area spectacular - although a car is a bonus. the nearest beach was walking distance and it was also spectacular. lots of cafes and bars and restuarants to choose from and Torrevieja with it's nightlife, market etc could be reached very easily by car or bus. I would definitly book again. The agents Sheila and Errin (sorry if I have spelt that wrong!) were a lovely couple and very helpful throughout our stay."

| "Room clean and well equipped. More suitable for 3 than 4 people. No actual double bed. Management were excellent and very friendly, would recommend their 'meet and greet' service. Cabo Roig has nice beaches and beach bars. The general infrastructure of the area is a bit chaotic at the moment around the strip but it offers a wide choice of bars, restaurants and banks. Few shops for self catering but not for other shopping. Public transport is confusing and some help for guests would have been appreciated. The area behind the apartments in Cabo Roig is very exclusive and established. Would definately recommend to others."

However, this is not a reflection on the studio itself which is clean, comfortable and more than functional.
