| "This was our first experience of booking a private villa & holidaying in Spain so we were more than a bit apprehensive when we drove upto our villa/Moraira wondering would it be as lovely as it looked in the pictures.....but both the villa & Moraira exceeded all our expectations! We were a party of 2 families, 4 adults & 5 children the villa had ample room for us all, the pool was lovely & a great hit with the children, the cleanliness of the villa was a great hit with us mums & the peace & quiet due to the area villa was in (& due to the wifes & children being happy) was a great hit with the dads!! The villa had plenty of information about the surrounding area as well as having Carol the lady who looks after the villa close at hand with any queries that we needed answering.
Moraira was also everything wed hope it would be, lovely restaurants, beautiful harbour, fantasic beaches/places to visit nearby & the people were very friendly & to top it all the weather was perfect! (which we appreciated even more when we arrived back home to rain, rain & more rain!!)
The owners really had put a lot of effort into making our stay an enjoyable one we couldnt have wished for a better holiday & we definitely intend to return again soon!"

| "Hi, We went to the Villa from 7th-16th Sept `07
10 of us arrived there early evening and was greeted and shown around. The Villa was everthing that was advertised a really beautiful place. The swimming pool was an instant hit with everyone! The place was very clean and tidy, with good views from upstairs. There was good restaurants close by to suit everyones taste. Moraira had plenty of shops and places to eat. There is a nice marina and good beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone. The Villa is set in a very quiet area so no traffic noise at night. Great!
Thankyou from us all John."

| "Our first family holiday with children and grandchild, and the villa made a perfect choice.Plenty of space for seven of us, great pool and garden area, difficult to get everyone to leave for the beach. Accommodation excellent, clean with everthing we needed for a great holiday. Location in residential area, ,no traffic noise, but still within easy reach of supermarket, restaurants and centre of Moriara and Calpe.Great villa in a beautifull part of Spain, would highly recommend to family and friends"

| "We were very pleased with our choice of villa. There were lots of extras which we were not expecting and the finishing touches (bathroom soaps & gels, tissues, welcome hamper and more) all this made us feel very spoilt. This area of Costa Blanca is so lovely and the beaches are clean and well kept. The locals are friendly and you dont get high rise apartments and hotels. Thank you for making our stay so special."

| "The property offered everything we required and more. The family had a wonderful 2 weeks enjoying the pool at the villa and the many attractions in and around Moraira. The only observation I would make that the ensuite bedroom downstairs would benefit from air conditioning.
Otherwise a tremendous holiday was had by all.

| "We had a very memorable holiday in Moraira. The villa is perfectly positioned for easy access to the secluded beaches of Moraira and the idyllic bay of El Porto to the east and the larger beaches of Calpe to the west.
The villa is appointed to the highest of levels and offers nothing less than a home from home. It is perfectly child friendly, however vigilance is always required around the swimming pool area. The pool was a great temperature and due to it's secluded position, we were able to whiten those areas that never normally see the light of day!
Eating out was a pleasure even with two children of 6 and 3. Every restaurant was child friendly and the food outstanding, not to say cheap too!
Our holiday in Moraira left a great impression on us. The flight time and transfer have was ideal and we are now ourselves seeking to buy a villa as well!
If you are considering a holiday that is child friendly and virtually on your door step, do not hesitate and take the plunge. It is more than worth it!'"

| "We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at Villa Kita.
The villa is great - really felt like a home from home. There is plenty of space, 8 of us stayed together, with 2 small children, we never felt cramped at all.
The pool area is beautiful and a real sun-trap! The pool was kept very clean, I think it was cleaned 3 or 4 times in our 2 week stay, and the mid-stay clean we had was very thorough.
We had 2 cars, a car is necessary to get to the beach (we did it daily, it's only a few minutes a way and a really lovely beach) although in the evening we used taxis, only 6 euros into town and very reliable.
We had some superb meals, we found all the restaurants locally excellent.
I would recommend anyone to stay at Villa Kita. Moraira is a truly lovely town, and, whilst we had some great trips into some of the surrounding towns, we were really pleased with the choice we made!
(I should say thanks for the directions by the way - we had no problems finding the villa at all!)"

| "We had a fantastic time at this villa. Seven of us spent a week there to celebrate my mum's 60th birthday and it accommodated us all with ease.
The villa is immaculate, spacious and is well equipped with all the mod cons and extras we could have possibly needed.
You will definitely need a car to get around in this area as it is a five minute drive from the centre. However, there are numerous restaurants dotted along the main road to the villa.
I would definitely not hesitate to return to this villa and the owners have been a pleasure to deal with."

| "We have recently returned from a holiday at villa kita. All 8 adults thoroughly enjoyed themselves at the property. It was very well appointed and was everything we could have wished for.
It is in a very quiet position outside of Moraira, but is only a 5-10 minute drive away from the town.( A good supermarket only 3 minutes ) There are a number of restaurants within easy walking distance which were actually recommended by the villa owners and these are of a very high quality. (and cheap !!)
I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone as it is perfect for both adults and those with young children. 5 stars"

| "This was our third holiday in Spain and the whole experience was far more than we expected - the size of the villa, the views and Moraira itself. We had glorious weather and liked the area because it isn't spolit or over developed. The fact that we booked this villa for 2006 a few days into our stay speaks for itself. Very pleased to have selected this gem and can't wait to return !!."

| "Villa Kita is first class accommodation. Boasting spacious, tastefully decorated rooms this villa will not disappoint. The pool area is perfect for lounging by day and night. Shops, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance but I would recommend hiring a car, even if it is just to stock up on wine from the nearby supermarket. This type of holiday is ideal for families, particularly if you have young children, as the villa really is a home from home. I can honestly say, I will never mix with the riff raff again!

| "Villa Kita is a fantastically positioned spacious 5 bed villa situated between 2 great towns Moraira and Calpe. The villa is not overlooked and swallowed our 2 families with ease, we had a great fortnight thanks largely to the villa’s layout and comprehensive inventory. We would strongly recommend this villa to other families."

| "This villa has spectacular breathtaking views of the mountains, golf course and the sea. It accommodated our party of 10 very comfortably. The swimming pool was in constant use by the kids aswell as the adults and was also cleaned out by a pool man twice in the week we stayed there. The villa is very tastefully decorated and has all the comforts of home. Moraira itself is beautiful and unspoilt. This is somewhere we will definitely be returning !!!!"

| "Villa Kita had everything we required and more. The house was very well prepared providing all the comforts to have a very nice holiday in beautiful area. The villa is situated in a quiet area not too far away from groceries and restaurants. The swimming pool was in use by kids from early morning to late evening – they really loved it. We adults loved to have relaxing chats late evening in conservatory with a beautiful view. The close neighbour was very kind and made us to feel like home. We all had fantastic and relaxing two weeks and we were sad to leave. We are happy to recommend the Villa for all the families with kids."
