| "We were greeted by the owners - David and Jan were very welcoming and informative. As the apartment is in the grounds of their villa they were always available if needed whilst maintaining a low-profile at the same time. The apartment was extremely well-maintained. The swimming pool area was fantastic, with beautiful mountain views as you swim or sunbathe. We spent most or our time around the pool. Barx is closeby for bars/restaurants which was a handy alternative to a 10-15 minute drive into Gandia for provisions. Overall it was a fantastic break, with facilities to match. We aim to return very soon."

| "To any potential people staying, Jan and David could not do enough for us. They offered to stay up late to get us settled in (we arrived after midnight) had a porta-cot ready for our son. Provided us with a food starter kit including cava! The place is very clean and tidy with all the facilities we needed. There were concerns about noisy dogs but we didn't hear them and they are only out until dusk (this happens all over the area, we had friends staying 4 kms away and it goes on there too). I would recommend this studio to any couples or with a small child, its 15 mins to Gandia and 45 to Valencia and you have the best of both mountains and beaches. Thanks again for a great stay, Mark"

| "The apartment was lovely - spotlessly clean and in a lovely location with panoramic mountain views from the pool area. The owners were not there at the time we stayed but had been very kind and left us food and drink in the fridge as we arrived on the Sun and no shops were open. The only downside was the constant dog barking. The dog over the road was barking til 3am one night and there were often more than one dog barking from different directions, somewhat spoiling the idyllic location. Although overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
