| "This was absolutely fantastic! there was 5 of us adults and 4 children, we were looked after extremely well. The pool,even though quite small with no shallow end, was great for the kids as they could easily get from one side to the other and plenty of room for lilos. There were ample sunbeds with sun all day long and great bbq area with outdoor seating.
The bedrooms were spacious, bright and airy and the washing machine and dishwasher came in very handy!
The games room in the basement was used regularly and the kids were never bored.
In easy walking distance to shops and taxis available at the end of the road and good value.
Overall we had a fab time and will definately be booking again in the near future."

| "Great location for a group of 8 golfers.
A maid service to change towels/sheets about Friday would improve the rating to excellent.

| "The villa was a good choice by my wife as a venue for us and 2 other couples to have a weeks holiday. Three euros in a taxi got you into either into the night life of the Kasbah or the more chic restuarants, shopping and casino of Maspalomas.
The Bedrooms are 2 doubles on the ground floor, with a shared bathroom and 2 twins in the basement with a shared bathroom.
There is also a further bathroom in the basement which is off the games room. This third bathroom comes in handy when everybody is getting ready to go out at the same time.
The games room is the larget room in the house with Table football, a pool table and an electronic darts board(Not the easiest to get on with).
The main living space is open plan with the large kitchen/dinning area joining onto the lounge area, which easily accomodated the six of us, although would not recommend a group of more than 8 adults.
The property has a relatively small outside area considering the size of accomodation. But more than enough for 6 to catch the sun most of the day.
The pool is relatively small in size but is deep.
The only real negative point is the lack of aircon, that said we are already discussing a return visit, and would recommend to friends

| "An excellent property in a quiet residential area but minutes from all of the main shopping and entertainment centres. The property is well furnished and provides ample space for up to 8 people comfortably. The two main double bedrooms on the ground floor have good sized beds and storage space. The two twin rooms in the basement are comfortable although as you are below ground a little dark. The property has a games room which is not really mentioned which has a pool table, table football and darts board. Needless to say much fun was had in the evenings in the basement with the added bonus of being able to make loads of noise without disturbing anyone. The pool for the villa is a little small considering how many people it can accommodate, it is generally about 6 foot deep and the solar heating works very well insuring it is nice and warm (especially at the end of the day it was reaching 30 degrees in March!). The management people were friendly and efficient and left you alone for the rest of the stay. The villa has a DVD player, stereo, microwave, full fridge freezer and satellite TV with a range of english channels. The outside patio area is very nice with ample sun loungers and gets the sun all day. Overall a great villa and we will be returning soon (hopefully!)"
