| "First impressions were fantastic, and it got better from then on in! Yes, there are a few very small missing tiles around the pool and some paint is coming off in minor areas (see last review), but don't be put off, this is an absolutely superb villa. Our 2 kids (aged 4 and 9), were very safe behind 3 secure doors to get to the road, and a pool area that is amost impossible to escape!
All we could hear at night were the crickets! No traffic noise at all.
Walking distance away from the local supermarkets and restaurants. 10-15 mins walk from the nice beach at San Agustin. You even get your own car parking space!
What I didn't realise is that all the villas are above road level on a hillside and consequently you feel well away from the road and very private. The sun hits the pool areas at about mid morning, and stays on the pool until late evening (August). The best suntrap I have ever experienced.
If you are considering this villa, book it! You will not be disappointed.

very good after service:transfers.
villa generally good throughout.
only areas of problem are the pool area: several broken and cracked tiles/ also painted blue surfaces: paint coming off.
check the handles in the shower rooms:loose
check the connection to the general shower:loose
few minor problems to solve will make an excellent property.
