| "Great getaway villa. Close enough to the parks to be within easy reach (20 min to Disney, 30 min to Universal) but also accesible to much more (Gulf coast, Atlantic Coast, Shopping Malls etc. In a very quiet part of the region so ideal to relax and unwind after hectic days in the parks or shopping.
Villa itself is well furnished with nice west facing swimming pool so glorious evening sunsets with a drink by the pool. It is also very child friendly!!
Would definately use again."

| "We were very happy with this villa. Very clean. Everything that you would need. Lots of fluffy towels. Beautiful view of the lake. Well placed - 20 mins to disney - straightforward route. Wal-mart 5 min walk. Secure gated community meant you always felt safe to go for little walks etc. Couple that manage property for the owner were very friendly, easy contactable and always willing to help.
Would thoroughly recommend. As a mum of 3 children under 6 - holidaying can be quite exhausting - but having such a well equipped villa took alot of the hard work out of the holiday for mummy so she could have a good swim everyday and time off!"

| "This property is situated on a beautiful, peaceful plot overlooking the lake. It was homely and had everything you needed. The location def sold it to me and i was very happy when i arrived. We went in March and we didnt have the pool heated so it was abit cold. We did have to travel into Kissimee alot for restaurants which was about half an hours drive away. There was a walmart,burg king,macs,dominoes,kfc 5 mins away though.Overall this was a lovely holiday and i would def recomend if you like a bit of peace and quiet after your days round theme parks."

I am happy to say that we had a wonderful holiday. Your villa was simply lovely, and we were all happy there. The villa was beatifully clean and well cared for, and everything we could have wanted was to hand. (I personaly was impressed with the "swan towels - a lovely touch).
Rosie called around to the villa at our arrival and left her calling card as we were out so had we needed to get in touch.
Even after two weeks in orlando and a week in Miami we still weren't ready to come home! hopefully we will be able to go back soon.

Thought I'd dro p you a short note of recomendation for your home in Florida, we had a great time there and everything was in tip top condition. The pool area and the tranquility overlooking the lake was fabulous and a great place to unwind at the end of the day.
The location is just great and we did not find the driving into Orlando any problems at all as the roads in the area are first class and we timed ourselves one afternoon on the way back from Universal and it was under 30 minutes of very easy driving. The local shops in the area are very good from Universal and it was under 30 minutes of very easy driving. The local shops in the area are very goos for eating and getting in supplies of breakfast stuff ( and beer of course) and we did most of our shopping at Win Dixie. Don't know if it would work but a WD loyalty card in the house might be good although one of the check out assistants used to give us the discounted prices using either the stores card or perhaps it was even her own number but that was typical of the people we encountered locally all were very helpful. Must also recommed the golf couse as it was a treat and not costly at all even including club hire.
All in all would have no hesitation in recomending your home to friends or family for future visits.

Finally got around to sending you an email to say how much we enjoyed your house in Florida over the last two weeks. We all had a great time.
We would certanly use it again in the next few years and recommend it to friends. The kids were never out the swimming pool when we were there in between visiting the parks and the washing machine was well used!!
The setting of the house was great and Wal Marty was well visited. I hope you don't mind we left a swimming woogle in the garage as we didn't have any room for it in the suitcase.
We did too much shopping. Also while we were there we bought at blockbuster 2 playstation games in their sale area and left those for you there also one is a Tiger Woods golf games and the other Shrek game. Neither of which would work on our machine at home.
Thanks again for all your help in booking your villa and hopefully we will catch up with you soon.

Hello Simon,
Our holiday was fantastic, not the least because our stay at your beautiful house.
The house itself is big, supplied with all the things you need to have a comfortable life.
It was very clean, with nice a tastefull furniture and a lovely view on the lake special at sunset.
It is also nice to see all the wildlife in the lake. Alligators sometimes swiming only a few meters away fish and big turtles were given us a real faraway feeling.
Also the English couple taking care for the house were very friendly and helpful.
Furthermore we have seen several parks,shopping malls,the lakes, and a part of the island near Tampa.
We are planing to go back to Florida and planing to stay in your house.
Once again you have a lovely place on a beautiful spot in Florida.

We had a fantastic holiday. The villa was lovely especially with the view over the lake, so relaxing. What a beatiful view!
It was also great to have Walmart in walking distance so that I didn't have to uproot the entire family every time I wanted to shop - I do not drive in the States! So to be able to to leave the family enjoing themselves in the pool whilst I shopped was a godsend. This was also our first villa holiday in a proper gated community so for safety aspects with the children it was greast knowing that not just any one could get in.

Dear Simon,
We arrived back from the States last week and all felt we wanted to thank you for letting us rent your lovely villa. We had an absolutely fabulos time. The villa was spotlessly clean and so well equiped. Our youngest son spent at least two hours in the pool each day !! (now with the addition of a blow up lilo and boat which we left for future guests).
We really enjoyed the theme parks all of which we easy to get to from the villa and the varios malls and restaurants within the locality.
A truly memorable holiday all round, undoubtedly enhanced by the quality of your villa. (and the positive exchange rate!!).

"Hi Simon,
We have just arrived back from our vacation this morning, and this is the
first opportunity I've had to contact you. We had a very relaxing stay in
your lovely villa - which was the perfect place to stay for a few days in
Orlando at the start of our holiday, before setting off on our cruise,
followed by a few days in Miami, then the Gulf coast and ending our vacation
with Easter in New York. So as you can imagine we've had a very busy time.
Your house is in a perfect location overlooking the lake, and we
particularly enjoyed listening to the bull frogs and other wildlife around
the area. The house is extremely spacious, clean and comfortable and very
well equipped and we were sorry to be staying for such a short time. My
husband and fourteen year old son enjoyed the pool table in the garage, and
I found the location of the supermarket very convenient and felt very safe
walking to the supermarket to pick up our groceries. We all enjoyed the
swimming pool, and felt the villa was very spacious. We have stayed at
Southern Dunes before, and were not in any way disappointed, and would be
very happy to rent your villa again in the future. The managers were kind
enough to leave a light on as they knew our arrival would be very late.
Thank you for fitting us in at such short notice.
