| "We had a lovely time at the appartment and it satisfied all of our expectations. The flat was clean and we received fresh towels every three days. The view was great and the distance to old town just far enough to work off your evening meal. The owners regularly came into flat to fix or adjust things while we were out which didnt bother us but worth considering. Generally perfect for those who like to have some time in as well as out."

| "The owners of the property were very nice and were on hand if we had any problems (which we didn't).
The views from our balcony were to die for. Not only did we enjoy spectacular views of the old town but we also enjoyed watching various cruise ships and private yatchs anchor nearby and ferry passengers to the old town for the day.
The only down side was the 350+ steps down to the Old Town and the climb back up. Not suitable for the elderly or disabled unless you were to hire a car or a taxi. We would consider a re-visit some time in the future."

| "We had a wonderful time staying at this place. It had a fantastic view of the old city. The owners lived on site and were very friendly. If you are up to be walking a lot of stairs, this is the place to be. It is a just a five minute walk down a street with stairs to get to the old city."

| "The property is a small apartment 10 minutes walk from the old town and beach. You need to be quite fit as there are a lot of steps to climb when returning, but the views from the large terrace are great. The apartment is clean, quiet has great aircon and plenty of hot water for showers. The kitchen is for snacks only but that suited us. Storage was a bit limited but the owners were very helpful."

| "We actually rented apartment no. 5 at the top of the building, which sleeps 4.
Good points: Spacious apartment with air-con, fully-equipped kitchen, separate bedroom and ensuite shower, huge terrace with spectacular views over the old town, good location 5 mins from Banje Beach.
Bad points: 5-min walk down to the old town but 10-min struggle back up the hill (worth it for the view though). Also beware the over-friendly dog belonging to the owners.

| "Firstly it is small - but perfectly adequate and the balcony is worth every penny of price on its own. The photos don't lie - it is beautiful.
Note 22 steps down to the town and back again! Not for the infirm or faint hearted. Our hosts were helpful and attentive, clean towels every other day and cake once!
The main advantages are the view and the proxinity of one of the greatest cities in the world. The only real let down was the TV is unwatchable - but who goes to Dubrovnik for the TV?
If you're thinking about it, just go. You won't regret it"

| "Fantastic! Everything was perfect and as expected. Tomo and the family were really welcoming and kind and if your willing to walk up the steps then the apartment is ideal for a holiday in Dubrovnik."

| "The apartment is small but clean, modern and well fitted, and the air conditioning is a welcome addition. The only downside is that you have to be quick in the shower before the hot water runs out. The big bonus is the terrific large terrace with a fantastic view over the sea and the Old Town.
The location is perfect - less than ten minutes walk to the Old Town or to the town beach. The wonderful view does imply that the walk back home involves a lot of steps back up the hill from the Old Town, but it's definitely worth it.
The owners of the apartment were extremely friendly and even left us a rose and some chocolates when they discovered it was my girlfriend's birthday.
We had a wonderful time - the apartment was extremely good value and I'd definitely recommend it - don't bother with a hotel just stay here instead."
