| "was a lovely apartment but when we arrived the apartment was not cleaned. you really need a car as beach and bars/shops are quite a way away but apartment nice."

"Its a value for money apartment - spotless, spacious enough for a family of four, well equipped kitchen and designated parking. You definitely need a car - its a bit too far to get to main towns otherwise. Its a large but very quiet complex. The apartment is on top of a hill about a mile away from the beach. No air-conditioning, but there is a room fan. Sky TV was not working during our stay. There is a pool but pool passes are needed - we didnt use the pool as our stay was very short. You will need to check with the owner how the pool passes are supplied to renters of the apartment. Its cheap but not nasty!"

Having read marcs review i can only say i am disapointed.
I strive to be as open and honest about my apartment as possible
I understand that most people save all year for their week/2weeks away
However i also know you cant please all the people all the time,
Just to address some of his issues....
The pool passes were issued without my knowledge but are now available in the apartment for people to use. this could have been rectified on the day of arrival if he had called
Sky TV, is acctually satalight TV, UK freeveiw channels
The beach although not on top of the apartment, it is subjective some people will say its far some wont as you can see in other reviews. its about 10min ish walk depending on how fast you walk!

| "The apartment was very comfortable. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms, and a dishwasher and washing machine were very useful, too.
The apartment is within walking distance of the beach, but a car would be useful for shopping and exploring the area."

| "The property is a superb apartment - the furnishings and all the appliances and the two bathrooms make it an ideal family or sharer's holiday venue. It is situated within 5 minutes walk of a beautiful sandy beach where there is a very popular beach bar. The local towns of Sabinas and Puerto De Quesa are friendly and within easy reach. There are plenty of excellent restaurants with a wide variety of eating styles to choose from.
We will definitely recommend it to friends and family.
One of the best hoilday places we have been to and we can't wait to return

| "'Excellent accommodation on new complex. Great having washing machine and dishwasher (apartment has lots of other mod cons, which we didn't use as we ate out most of the time). Nice and quiet area with fantastic pool right outside the front door (pool has a lifeguard all day for those with young children). Lots of places to visit nearby, but a car is recommended as most are not on the doorstep. Found a fantastic restaurant In Estepona which had tapas all day, but don't sit at the tables on the roadside, go inside and sit at the bar for a really delicious and cheap meal.'

| "The property is very well presented throughout with modern funishings but it still has a homely feel.
It was ideal for the pool as it is just outside the door.
The property is situated within walking distance of the beach which has a lovely beach bar.
The surrounding area was nice and quiet both in the day and at night.
There is nothing that is to far away either. There is a large supermarket which is only a 15 min drive away."
