"We were delighted with the property during our stay and the description was accurate and as such, it met our expectations.
We are very familiar with Urb La Marina with Parents having retired there 12 years ago. This was however our first experience of booking through Villarenters and would we would be only too pleased to repeat it. The online service was efficient, accurate, good value and the property was exactly what we needed this time. We would happily repeat the experience next time.
Perhaps a few less emails promoting car rental (which we had already booked when we booked the flights) would be our only very picky point of an otherwise efficient online service. Key pick up and dro p off was without hassle and the Agent onsite was very good and left us alone all week - Perfect. The 60 euro cost for cleaning and laundry seemed a bit of a sting in the tail after what we felt was a very good value rental cost for the villa. However, we now understand from friends this is probably the "norm" in the region. Still, for a "tidy family" who respect and keep clean someone elses investment during our stay, this does seem a little excessive for one bathroom clean down, floor sweeping and laundry of some towels and sheets. Perhaps a less obvious way of meeting this cost would detract from us feeling like we had paid too much. Otherwise, very happy to book again and return."

"We had an absolutely fantastic holiday, the villa was better than we expected, ideally situated with just a 10 seconed walk to the gated pool area, pool was a great size with a lovely large grassed area for sunbathing.
Enjoyed so much will probably booking for next year."

This villa was everything we had hoped for, right next to the pool, super roof terrace for sunbathing, and close to shops and restaurants where we got a friendly welcome. Would definitely come back again!"

We had a late summer break and had a fantastic weather in this quietly located villa. The villa was well equipped and had everything we could possibly need, even a cool box for taking a picnic to the lovely beach. Great choice of bars and restaurants, all within walking distance."

| "First class location, quiet area but with everything we needed close at hand, the location of the pool across the road was ideal. The villa was well equipped and very comfortable, we made full use of the handy terrace for eating out and the rooftop solarium was perfect for sunbathing.

| "WE HAD A FANTASTIC TIME. THE VILLA WAS LOVELY AND EVERYONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. MET SOME REALLY INTERESTING PEOPLE AROUND THE POOL AND THE WEATHER WAS FANTASTIC. I HIRED A CAR SO WE WERE ABLE TO GET OUT AND ABOUT BUT EVERYTHING WAS ON HAND LOCALLY. THE SUNDAY MARKET WAS BRILLIANT WITH MORE THAN ONE BARGIN TO BE HAD. ALL IN ALL FANTASTIC, EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY."

| "Mrs F from Glasgow. The villa was very comfortable, well furnished and in a great spot with everything we would want close by. We ate in a different restaurant everynight and had a great time. We did find that hiring a car for a few days was a benefit in seeing more of the local area."
