| "stayed in this apartment from 31st aug 09 for two weeks, friends stayed at the complex last year and we went to visit them and we thought we would book it for our holiday. the only thing i didnt like was not having a washing machine as one towel per week per person tends to get a bit grubby, we had friends staying across the street and by luck they had a machine so we had use of theirs.. other than that no problems with the apartment at all and would recomend to friends. and we will be back"

| "Wat can we say, this apartment is fantastic spotless home from home a credit to the owners, and management a peacefull location sorry it is booked up for the christmas holiday, will be back next year without a dought Every thing went so smooth from arriveing to leaving, we would certainley reccomend the meet and greet taxi service John the driver could not do enough for us ect carrying our luggage and showing us into the apartment he is worth his weight in gold."

| "A little expensive, but it was Christmas... Fantastic to have a roof area - excellent views, very private, one of the best aspects of the property. Also excellent to have a truly comfortable bed - a rarity in Tenerife. There were two single beds - one was superb, the other was fine after I usedd a couple of blankets as underblankets. Kitchen was well exquiped and very clean and tidy. Bathroom was fine, but seemed a bit "tired" even though the property was only two years old.
The complex is strictly run, so clean, tidy and very civilised. I guess more suited to older persons than children, as it is such an immaculate place that people might worry that their children would make the complex messy and their noise might not be appreciated.
Good supermarket nearby. Some excellent restaurants, and easy walk from the complex to the beaches. All in all, I hope to be back in the future!"

"the location is good, the complex is quiet, an ideal place relax if your aim is to get away from it all,. the apartments are a good size well equipped.
I had a great holiday and will consider a return visit.
there is a couple of points that should be mentioned, more for the owner.
I paid for a "meet & greet service"
this never happened and I was left outside my apartment for several hours, to be told it was out of his hands! and another guy would arrive with keys ... to date I am still waiting for this guy to appear!!!!!!!!!!!!
one of the balcony chairs was broken on arrival another collapsed during my holiday my brother could have been seriously hurt!.
the door to the freezer compartment is hanging by a thread.
change of laundry only once in the fortnight because it was a Tuesday arrival date, and when the change was made they never left the bedding for the sofa bed but they had taken away the dirty bedding for it?

Thank you for your feedback.
There is a couple of points I would like to make in reply:
1) You did not telephone your driver on arrival as per your instructions, nor did you go to the meeting point at the airport. So just as you were waiting outside the apartment, he was waiting for you at the airport.
2) When you called the management team to say you were at El Mirador, we told you how to locate the keys at the complex. You were unable to follow these instructions so eventually we got a cleaner who was working at a nearby complex to come and help you in.
3) I am very sorry about the chair breaking during your stay. I am sure you can understand that things like this do happen - these have now been replaced. The freezer door has been fixed.
4) You are told in your arrival instructions that you get a mid term clean and a change of linen / towels half way through your stay. You were also told that with payment of a supplement you could have extra towels / linen changes but you chose not to have that option.
I am glad you had a lovely time and despite these little mishaps that you are thinking of coming back. We have already corresponded about dates for next year so I assume you must have thoroughly enjoyed the apartment.

| "The apartments were recommended to me by a friend and we were not disappointed. We had a relaxing peaceful holiday and could not have asked for a better property.
It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The location was good for us, quiet and out of the busier areas but within walking distance of the town.
I would definitely book this apartment again."

| "This was an excellent apartment situated in the peaceful resort of el mirador. Restaurants and bars are all within a minutes walk providing great food and cheap beer, also situated within 100 metres is the local 'Spar' providing us with all our daily needs. Although the apartment is on a hill, my 4yr old daughter had no problems with the return journey's from the nearby beaches. The pools on the complex are cold but an excellent way to cool down at the end of a hot day which you will be guaranteed. For any families visiting the island, i highly recommend Loro Parque, this was an excellent days excursion which provides fun and entertainment for all the family. I will certainly be visiting again, many thanks for the wonderful accomodation."

| "We have been many times to this area of Tenerife so we knew where the apartments were located. The apartment had brilliant views and it was a very quiet complex. Lack of towels was an issue but I believe you can now pay a small charge for additional linen etc. We have booked again already for 2 weeks in September. The view from the front balcony is what makes this apartment stand out from the rest. It was clean and tidy on arrival. Coat hangers for skirts would have been useful - will take my own next time. There is a safe which was very handy as well. As long as the weather is nice I have nothing to complain about. I would recommend it to friends as long as they chose to go when I do not want to go."

"The property we thought was lovelly really modern,But i think for the older generation it is up far too steep a hill,Too many steps to get to the roof terrace(which was really lovelly).I think the property would be more suited to a young family,though we did have a lovelly time"

Thank you for your feedback.
The complex of El Mirador is at the bottom of the hill in Los Cristianos, so if you want to be in more exlusive part but not have to face "cardiac hill" then this is the right place.
The steps to the roof terrace are a normal spiral staircase from the balcony to the roof. To have a roof terrace, I am not sure how else the property could be designed to get people up there other than steps.

| "My husband and I stayed in a penthouse apartment in El Mirador, Los Cristianos from 14 - 21 January 2007 and thoroughly enjoyed the holiday. We were very impressed with the complex which was extremely quiet and peaceful and scrupulously clean. The apartment itself was lovely, very clean with reasonably good facilities, however my only criticism would be that we were only provided with one bath and one hand towel each for the week and, showering at least twice a day, this is very inadequate! Fortunately we had brought a couple of extra towels with us but given the luggage restrictions this is not very convenient. I would have been content with perhaps three towels each for a week and would suggest that this provision is reviewed.
In terms of location, the complex is very well placed, it took us only around 6-8 minutes to walk to the centre of Los Cristianos with plenty of shops and restaurants. However there were quite a number of good restaurants within just a minute or so should you wish to stay nearer to the apartment.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would not hesitate to recommend it to our friends and family."

| "This is a lovely apartment in a nice quiet location. It's about a 15-20 min walk to the centre but taxi's are cheap. It's quite a steep hill on walking back so keep this in mind depending on your legs!. Good opportunity to walk off all the food and drink!. The apartment was adequately equiped however it states there is a Washing Machine which there is not. On arrival there was no Iron or ironing board as stated but when we called to enquire about this, they were promptly delivered the next morning. There is a lovely big balcony if you like to sit out and have breakfast and evening drinks (great sunset!) and also the roof terrace is great to get some sun bathing done if you don't feel like going to the pool or beach. There is a handy shopping centre nearby with a large Spar for all your needs and some lovely restaurants. Would recommend Golden Resources (Chinese / Thai) just at the end of the street. The food and service was exellent.
We would definately go back. This is a lovely location if you want to keep away from the busy areas to get a good nights sleep but you are close enough when required. We are hoping at some point soon to buy an apartment in Tenerife and this is definately somewhere we would consider. Don't really one to put anything negative about this apartment but you might want to keep in mind that at the pool there is no sunbeds, not sure if you were supposed to take your own from the apartment?, we just took our towels. It might have been the time of year we were there but the pool bar / restaurant was closed and the pool was freezing!, it certainly wakened us up though!"

| "we were very happy with this apartment, but if you are not very good at walking then you might have a problem. sea view great. there is one problem that you might not be aware of, we had quite a bit of rain for one day and two days later we noticed a bad damp patch in the bedroom, it is located on the right hand side of the wall/ceiling by the patio door. i think you should check this out as it could become quite a bad problem. other than this we were happy with everything else"
