| "The villa was well presented and very clean and benefited from a really lovely upstairs sun terrace (very good for sunbathing). Also very safe and secure and good for children. The pool and gardens are just five minutes walk but up hill so will certainly keep you fit! In fact the ONLY slight down side to the villa is the fact that its a up hill walk for about 15 minutes (brisk walking) to get to the nearest bars, super market, restaurants etc but other than that a really lovely villa and I would recommend it to anyone fit and able! We didn’t want to rent a car so relied on taxis as this was essential to get out and about to the beaches, water park and safari park, all very good and approx 15 minutes away by car. Recommendations: Safari park in Elche and very good quality cheap food at O Neils Irish pub. You can e mail me specific questions if you wish and I will be happy to give you an unbiased view as I know its hard making the right choice when booking your holiday! Lastly, the management team at Leja who look after the property were very helpful. mphobbs at btinternet.com."

| "Overall the property was well presented and had most of the items you would need for a holiday in Spain although a few points may need to be considered for future lets. The house caters for 4/6 people but only has two sun loungers on the roof top terrace, although there is a table and 4 chairs. In the write up there is no mention of a BBQ, but given the climate, it would have been nice to just have a basic BBQ to use. We had to purchase one for the duration of the holiday. The air conditioning broke down in the lounge during our stay and was not repaired by the time we left.
I think if some of the items above were rectified we would more than likely book again in future years."

| "The property was just what i required, in a very quiet area of la marina but not to far away from the shops, bars and restarants also the swimming pools were very good, in all i would recommend this villa to my family and friends. I had an excellent holiday and will be going back again."

| "quiet residential area, car required although a bus service is avaliable. Good range of shops pubs and restaurents, Aircon recommended.
We enjoyed a relaxing unstressfull week thankyou."

| "I would not recommend this to a friend only because of the location of the villa. It was a uphill walk of 15 minutes to shops and bars. A car was necessary.
The villa was lovely and clean."
