| "Having stayed in various privately owned properties before (gites, chalets) we have been lucky in that they have always met our expectations and been great as a base to explore the area in which we were staying. This property , however was different in that, not only did it exceed our expectations, but we really enjoyed spending a few days of our holiday lounging around by the pool (which for us is unheard of as were normally far too busy exploring!) We had a fantastic holiday and this villa contributed enormously to the memories - the sunsets from the terrace were fantastic! The villa is well cared for, well equipped and perfectly situated for exploring North Cyprus (although you do really need a car). The owners are extremely friendly and helpful with any enquiries and kindly arranged car hire and taxi transfers to and from Larnaca through a very efficient, reliable and friendly local company. All in all we are so glad we came across this villa and would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone lucky enough to be thinking of booking - you wont be disappointed!"

| "The property was nice. The only thing that was missing, which would have been helpful were instructions on how to turn the gas on, how to use the appliances and what to do with te rubbish. It was a good 40 mins from the town though, which wasn't entirely clear. The village however was very nice and the pool etc, plus it was very peaceful with good views over the sea."

| "The location is superb. It is the final villa of a small group perched on the hillside with the most wonderful uninterupted views of the Mediterranean. The sunsets are divine. The pool area is perfect, the villa is cool and comfortable with tons of space. If you are looking for peace and tranquility in a beautiful location - look no further. It is always hard to leave."
