| "The villas in a nice location and easy to find, we arrived late and it made it so much easier being able to get the key from the security box instead of having to go to a different location first. The villa was clean with plenty of bedding and towels, the kitchen also has plenty of pots & pans. We would stay there again"

| "Very pleased with the location of the villa. Close enough to the main attractions but far enough away from busy International Drive. Villa layout was great with plenty of space. The south facing pool was a big advantage allowing the sun to warm the water - perfect!! The cooking and laundry facilities were excellent. The other thing we liked about this villa is that there is plenty of space seperating you from other properties.
The directions and communication from the villa owner were 100% accurate and we encountered no problems with anything during our stay.
If we get booked for 2009 I will definately use this villa again."

| "Lovely spacious villa, with plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 kids. It was really easy to find and because the keys are accessible out of hours we were able to arrive well after 9 p.m. Local amenities are excellent and 2 minutes from the villa. The pool is great and we used the gas BBQ loads. Disney was 25 mins away which menat we could come home mid afternoon and go back again in the evening which was great. Would highly recommend this villa!"

| "Villa was very easy to find,approx 30 mins from the airport.Only 2 mins away from local supermarket.It has 3 large bedrooms,excellent lounge area and well equipped kitchen.The pool was brilliant,great to relax in after a day at the theme parks.Excellent value for money."

| "We have stayed in a villa before but Shane's villa was excellent. The location is fantastic, all amenities are really close. The villa was beautifully maintained, very clean and the management company couldn't do enough for you. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa. There was no problem with finding the property, ease to reach after a long flight and the keys were at the property rather than having to collect from the management company. The pool was also very clean and well looked after. The owner was really friendly and very very helpful. We would definately stay here again! This was certainly a home from home. Thank you so much Shane for a fantastic stay."

| "Well, what a holiday and the villa was superb. All that we could have asked for, just wish we had had more time to spend in the beautifully heated pool.
Disney did take us slightly longer to get to about 25 mins on average but everything is really well signposted and we felt so safe on the development it was well worth staying that little bit further out.
The Highlands Reserve Golf course was also great, as soon as you turn up they bring a golf-cart to your car, what service.
A special mention also has to be to Shane, for making the whole booking process easy and being so helpful, felt we could ask any questions. So we will be recommending it to friends and family."

| "Fantastic Holiday, ideal location, not too far away from main routes too all theme parks.
Very quiet area, well looked after and plenty of spcae. Local shops a short walk away bout 10-15 mins.
I would use this again anytime.

had ace time ;had hard job getting jessica out of the pool! villa absolutely great
even had hair staighteners as well as hairdryer .
followed the trend of leaving our leftovers behind for next visitors,so if your in there next,you wont need washing fluid or comfort!
very comfortable villa with small shopping centre nearby good location for all directions

| "The villa is well situated and convenient for both shopping and all the attractions. Sitting in a very secure street with mainly local residents and a mature setting.
Close to Championsgate for the golfing enthusiast with Highlands Reserve being a less taxing course.
The house is very clean, well maintained and benefits from a lovely pool which lavishes in the sun for most of the day.
I would recommend not only the villa but the owner who was extremely helpful and pleasant."

| "This is well furnished, clean, comfortable accommodation with all the equipment you need for a self-catering holiday. Does what it says on the tin. It is in an excellent location for either
I-4 or 192. Easy access to wherever you want to go. Supermarket and Wal-Mart just down the road, malls a little further away. Don't know about the phone charges as mentioned by another reviewer, we never used the phone - hey, we're on holiday, the UK can phone us!
I would definitely stay at this property again (much better than hotels) and can recommend it without hesitation.

| "On arriving at the villa the property was very clean and smelt lovely. It was very well equiped with plates cups and cooking utensis. There is plenty of bedding and towels etc. Washing machine, dryer, ironing board, hairdryer etc, great if you can not take too much luggage
The pool is in a sunny position.
I would highly recommend this property as the perfect position for visiting Disney and the beach resorts such as Clearwater and the Tampa area
It is near to supermarkets and petrol stations.
It is ideal for couples or families .
I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a well presented villa."

Nice quiet location, still within easy reach of Disney and I-Drive.
We'd certainly stay there again and would recommend it to family and friends - but I'd warn them about the extortionate telephone charges if you make use of the dial-through code listed in the villa. £35 for a few very short calls back to the UK."

| "Located in a quiet area a few miles from the shops and restaurants of Highway 192, this villa is well equipped and in reasonably good repair. It can be a bit of a pain having to drive for a few miles everytime you want something, but the local shops at Berry Town Centre (including a Publix supermarket with a cash machine that doesn't charge a fee) are pretty good. And the new Wal-Mart supermarket is just north of the junction of the 27 and the 192, so about 5-10 minutes away.
We spent two weeks here and thoroughly enjoyed it. We didn't spend a lot of time at the theme parks, but visited Clearwater Beach on the Gulf Coast twice and the Space Centre was worth the journey too. Most of the time we made use of the lovely private pool at the villa and relaxed. The broadband internet connection is very useful for those workaholics among us!
Overall, it was good and I would recommend it to friends and family - hopefully we'll make it back here too someday."
