| "Our third visit to Vista Elite and the second with our (now) seven and a half year old granddaughter - this time without parents!! We have had 3 different properties over the years and this was by far the best. The heated pool and air conditioning are a real bonus, together with the beautiful garden. Kate, our granddaughter, was in the pool at 6.15! The local bistro is a particular favourite of ours, together with some excellent restaurants in Moncarapacho itself. It was good to see Paula & Steve Wilson (the local managers) again, who looked after us in their usual very friendly and efficient way."

| "Second time Ive been in this house.
It is a lovely house, extremely private and confortable, indoors and outdoors, with good size living room and bedrooms and very confortable beds.The outdoor eating area near the barbecue is excellent.
The environment outside the house is a bit depressing, but in that house in particular it is relatively easy to abstract from it.
The cleaning was a bit defficient, and the fridge wasnt working properly (and was clearly undersized), but that is nothing that cannot be improved quite easily."

| "Another excellent holiday was had at Vista Elite! The outlook from Casa Pacifica was truly breathtaking and helped to contribute to a very relaxing break. My Daughters really enjoyed the pool and the extra grounds surrounding this villa provided ample safe play space. Paula & Steve were as welcoming as ever and Helen was also very helpful. We would have no hesitation in returning for a 4th year!"

| "First the good news.
The villa we had (127) was superb, all large rooms well equipped. We are very fussy and hate anything poorly furnished, grubby or in any way not clean. This villa met all those criteria and it was the best out of 6 villas we have been to over time. We would be happy to actually live there it was that good a house. Pool and garden were excelllent. The local managers are very handy and British which helps. They made a few small mistakes on fixing things but no big deal. The guide book, which I urge you to use and add to, is invaluable. Its the kind of area you need to know because it is all locals with no guide boooks and no touristy centre, restaurants would be very difficult to find without the book.
Slightly bad new. It is in the middle of nowhere in an urbanisation about half way through construction although no building was being done. The owner needs to install some outside lights for BBQing and sitting and eating/drinking. Your neighbours have dogs that are trained to bark and chase cars. The nearest town, 10 mins drive, Moncarapacho has a good bakers, supermarket and a good restaurant or two. Within 20 minutes of some star beaches. Tavira disappointing. Come here to laze around not for culture or excitement.
Overall I would rate the villa 9/10. The area 6/10."

| "Fantastic property that exceeded our expectations. The villa was extremely well equipped, very clean and maintained to an excellent standard. The pool and surrounding gardens were absoluely beautiful and again, very well maintained.
A very peaceful area, ideal for families although a car is essential.
Highly recommended - we are already considering returning!!"

| "Excellent family holiday, villa exceeded our expectations and we spent most days around the pool. Local beaches were close enough and very beautiful. Local managers Paula and Steve were extremely helpful with both our needs and sharing extra information on surrounding areas, restaurants etc. Would definitely recommend as a relaxing holiday!"

| "A beautiful villa in a quiet and unspoilt area of the Algarve. Very spacious and well equipped, the villa had everything we needed - and a welcome pack of food and drink arranged by local managers Paula and Steve meant that we didn't have to rush to the shops on arrival ! There was lots of information at the villa on recommended beaches and restaurants too which meant we didn't waste time during our stay. The kids (and adults!!) had an amazing time in the pool and playing in the spacious garden area.
We all had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday and have already recommended the villa to friends and family ! We also hope to return in the not too distant future !"

| "BEAUTIFUL VILLA WITH A WONDERFUL GARDEN AND POOL WHICH WE ALL LOVED - ESPECIALLY THE CHILDREN! OUR HOLIDAY WAS SIMPLY FAB ,THE VILLA MANAGERS ,PAULA AND STEVE ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT ,THEY ENSURED THAT WE HAD A FABULOUS HOLIDAY AND THEIR LOCAL KNOWLEDGE WAS LIKE THEM - SUPER! ONLY PROBLEM -WE LOVED THE VILLA SO MUCH WE DID NOT EXPLORE ALL THE PLACES RECOMMENDED . WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!!!"

"This villa is absolutely lovely, very spacious with its own private crystal clear warm swimming pool, kept the kids and us occupied our whole holiday. We hired a car but hardly use it, as we stayed at the villa most of the time. Just want to say a very big thank you to Paula & Steven, the local managers, for all their help to make our stay a happy one.
