| "This was our ninth visit to Balaia and we still love it. As a family Balaia offers us everything we want, golf, tennis or just lazing my the pools. This was our second stay in this apartment which is in the quieter part of Balaia. Lovely views from the terrace, we had many evenings watching the sunset. Extremely comfortable and clean. Highly recommended."

| "This is a very comfortable and spacious apartment in a great location, set far back within the development in a quiet spot. The balcony overlooks the small driving range (from behind!) which was only used a few times a day while we were there in September. The sun sets opposite the apartment and so its perfect for eating outside in the evenings. This is not a lively, loud place to stay, its more of a quiet development where you can find the louder stuff a short drive away if you want to. Or if you have a small family you dont have to leave at all - endless sports facilities for both kids and adults alike. Olhos dAgua is a fifteen minute walk away, the beach is closer. Good restaurants a short taxi ride away, and taxis to Albufeira arent expensive, a ten minute drive.
The apartment is great for couples and small families. The resort has plenty of great swimming pools and there is always room, no issues there. I would definitely recommend it to a friend."

| "The location of the apartment was ideal for us with the driving range just in our "back garden" both son and husband was ecstatic. The apartment itself was more than adequate for our needs and it was lovely and more importantly clean. The only disappointment was the weather (last April) when it rained for most of the week."

| "This was our second visit to apartment 730 in Balaia Golf Village. Again, we had a very enjoyable stay. The apartment is very well fitted out, in a quiet area of the complex overlooking the driving range. We would recommend the golf lessons with Pedro, the on site pro and dining at Paulu’s restaurant. The pool beside the apartment, which is one of many pools on the complex, is well maintained at all times. I would highly recommend this apartment and complex to prospective holiday makers."

| "Our stay proved to be the best holiday we've had in years. With swimming pools, tennis courts and the fabulous driving range, my family was entertained from morning till night. Our apartment overlooked the driving range and the rolling hills beyond. With two bathrooms and very spacious living accommodation we were more than comfortable.
Whether you play golf or not, this is a special resort for all age groups. As we say in personal references, I recommend Balaia Golf Village unreservedly!"

| "We have never rented a villa online and from the start it was a smooth transaction. When we arrived to the grounds of the villa we were taken by the immaculate landscaping and upkeep of the grounds not to mention the Golf Course. Once in our Villa we were head over heals. It was perfect! Everything you can want when your away from home. We spent several nights in cooking since the kitchen was so welcoming. But the few nights out we walked down to the Golf House and had a Fabulous Dinner. We recommend eating there. Best Steak on a Stone we ever had! The Villa was walking distance to a nice quite beach and not far from a little town for shopping. We were lucky enough to have nice warm weather so walked alot. I can go on about our stay but as you can see we had a great stay and the Villa made it perfect. I would recommend it to anyone."

| "Hi Sean.Would just like to say thanks for the use of your appartment.Everything was as good as we could have wished for and more,Clean,quiet and everything we needed was at hand,from the pots and pans to the hair dryer.Location was perfect,between 5 to 10 mins drive to everything,from shops to suprmarkets,to pubs and nightclubs,oh and of course...the beach.Not to mention the on site golf facilities,gym,pools tennis etc.Many thanks once again and im sure...we will be back!l"

"We would definitely book this property again. We have visited the Algarve many times and this apartment would be in our top three. However, the summary is slightly misleading in that there was no Playstation available, there was not a sauna but there was a jacuzzi bath which we could not operate. It also mentioned that there was a phone for incoming or outgoing call but there was no phone. The lack of these things did not spoil our holiday in any way but it might have affected some families who were expecting to have these facilities available. The apartment was lovely and Balaia village was a great place to holiday."

| "i would recommend this villa to anyone whether you play golf or not. It does however attract the "better" (sorry!) tourist and families.Its family orientatedand felt safe to walk around and explore. The location is only 25 mins from the airport with many attractive towns and fabulous beaches within 10 minutes drive. The resort is superbly maintained from the greens to the swimming pools to the pavements. The staff were very friendly and spoke excellent english.
The villa itself is spacious,clean, excellently furnished, quite and has great views of the course. Domestically, It has everything you would need including a dishwasher, Sky Tv, tumble drier and washing machine. The air conditioning is a massive boost as the temperature was in the mid to high 30's in august when we went. Overall a briiliant place to stay."
