| "The owner told me that this appartment had been completely renovated, but when I arrived, there was one square meter of green and blue mould above the bed. I have stayed in a few rental appartments in Madrid, and this one is sub-standard. I never slept there and am struggling to receive the reimbursement of the deposit. This borders on fraud."

| "The apartment is very well situated, very close to the Gran Via, Prado, Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor. Begonia was prompt and helpful. The 3 flight s of stairs are demanding and probably would not suit the old or infirm.
I would have been happier if I had received the demand for final payment earlier than the night before departure, as I was concerned that the booking had fallen through and that I would have to make alternative arrangements at a very late stage."
