| "Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and the home itself was great. It was a wonderful escape to get away from all of the mass amounts of people that seemed to be everywhere. We picked one of the busiest weeks to get away and it was so peaceful and quiet there. We especially loved the pool! There were a few things that we were a bit dissatisfied with though - the beds were very uncomfortable. We were expecting "better than hotel beds" and they clearly were not. One of the showers on the main floor was not cleaned very well prior to our visit and had a bunch of hairs in it. Luckily, we did not need to use that one as there were plenty of others to choose from in the home. My main concern, however, is that the lock box code was incorrect when we arrived and the emergency contact numbers had the wrong property managers listed so it took me quite a while and several phone calls to track down the right property manager. That was very stressful as we didn't know if we'd even be able to get into the house or track down the person to help us. Our initial thought was that our money was long gone. We finally reached the right person, Carol, and she was able to help us. This was also a working vacation for my husband and we did not have any internet access until the second day of our stay and that was a huge inconvenience for him. Thank you for hearing my concerns. I did try to email these concerns when we got home, but so far I haven't heard anything back."

| "House was fantastic. kids loved the pool ! Very close to attractions. Plan on coming back next year!! Pool table or fuseball in garage would be a great addition"
