| "The location of the apartment was excellent. We were within easy walking distance (10-15 minutes) of several good restaurants, the Municipal market and old town, and bus stops to go into Paphos Harbour/Town and Coral Bay. For anyone up for more walking, the coastpath was accessible off Tomb of the Kings Ave to walk into Paphos Harbour (hour each way from appt) which was a pleasant walk in the evenings.
The apartment was clean and spacious, with a good shower and nice balcony area which was nice for sunbathing. Views across to the ocean were nice too.
We would have liked to have had more towels available and also lightweight blankets for at night - it was too hot to sleep without the air-con, but too cold with it!
We were also disappointed that there was no provision of sunbeds around the pool - those by the pool were allocated to other apartments. We were invited to take the loungers from the balcony down but they were fixed frame, and heavy which would have been difficult to move.
Overall, we were pleased with the apartment and enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay without needing to hire a car as it was close enough to amenities and the local bus service is pretty good."

| "the property was as described,my daughter and myself were pleased with the apartment.
It was a ten minute walk to the bars and restaurants,which was easily walked.
The only downside was if you stayed out late and wanted to get a taxi back the taxi drivers charged 8 euros for this very short ride.

| "if you are looking for an apartment with everything .. dvd if you fancy a night in - nice pool - quiet complex but close enough to everything if you want to go out then this is it .. roof terrace for those who are avid sunbathers - as a single lady i felt very secure here - the booking procedure was all very organised. i would go again and wouldnt hesitate to recommend it.

"Myself and my girlfriend have recently returned from a two week holiday at this apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The apartment was clean and spacious with all necessary facilities. It is well located, a short walk from the nearest bars and restaurants. There is also a small supermarket to the back of the complex (two minutes walk) which is handy for essentials.
The pool area is lovely, and we spent most days relaxing down there as opposed to heading to the beach. Whilst busy, the other residents were all friendly (most of them owners of adjoining apartments) and made us feel very welcome.
In short we cannot speak highly enough of the apartment and feel that it offers great value for money."

"Me & my boyfriend stayed @ 107 Kings Sun Apartments @ the end of May. I found the appartment to be really lovely, clean & bright & ideal for us.(a double bed would of been nice but not something to complain about). A little shop is situated a stones throw to the back of the appartment and was handy if we needed any milk bread etc. Our friends stayed in and around the king of the tombs road so we were never far from anyone. It was only a 5-10 min walk to the bars & restaurants which again was perfect. I would defiantly recommend this appartment to my friends & family.

"We enjoyed our second stay at this property in April/May 2008, this time for four weeks. As with our previous visit the appartment was very clean & well cared for. The property is ideally located to take advantage of everything Paphos has to offer. The fact that we made it our home for four weeks confirms the high standard of this property. Everything we asked for was at the apartment and we couldn't have wished for a better location, The sea view was perfect and the bars and tavernas were close by as described in the add. We really enjoyed our 3 weeks and can't wait to return and we will be in touch soon for our trip in November.

"The apartment could be excellent with a well arranged kitchen, bathroom and lounge.
However, it was let down by the overall lack of cleanliness, especialy the floors throughout and the amount of dust in the bedroom, we were left with no means of improving this e.g. no sweeping brush.
The sunbeds were a disgrace badly stained and broken. we were left with just 2 deckchairs.
In the description it said that there was a TV & DVD this led us to believe that we could recieve TV channels this was not so as the tv is just there for the DVD.
The curtain rail was loose and worsened during our stay so we could not draw the curtains for fear of it falling off."

Whilst we are very upset about this review we find it hard to believe as you have not taken the time to contact us since your return, We as a family followed you as you left and although there were a few minor scuffs on the paint work I have to say we found the apartment after a full summer of use to be in very good condition. I have passed your remarks on to our cleaner who will look into this for us and report back.
If you have any photos or video's that back this claim then please send them to us and we will give you a 100% refund on what you paid. Please note that this has not happened and we are confident that the above was untrue.
All I would say is to anyone looking at booking with us is Please read the other reviews which offer a more balanced opinion. I could have removed this review but I feel it is only correct for anyone looking to book the apartment we take great care in customer satisfaction and are willing to meet our clients needs what ever they are.

"We enjoyed an excellent stay at this property. The appartment is very clean and bright and furnished to a high standard. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, likewise the living area, dvd/tv/cd player. The balcony looks across the pool and down to the sea, great for watching the sunset. The location is ideal for all attractions and is just minutes from some of the better restaurants like Artio and Oliveto. We will definitely be booking again & we would certainly recommend it. (Thankyou to the owner & property manager who even welcomed us with two bottles of wine!)"

"Just got back from Kings Sunset this week and we have to say what a great apartment you have.Everything that you have said in your add was true and it makes a change to go to a holiday aprtment that reminds me of home. The furniture was really nice and the pool was fantastic,All the people staying there seemed to know esch other and really looked after those like us that were renting other aprtments.

| "We have just returned from 107 king sunset and all I can say is this is a superb apartment with the best finish we have experianced from a self catering apartment.There was a welcome pack on arrival and the description was more than accurate. I would reccomend this property to couples and familys as the location is only minutes from the bars and restaurants and the beach is only a 5 minute walk down a path.The views are really good you can see Tomb of The Kings from the balcony along with excellent sea views.The pool was a really nice but a bit cold but as it is only April it will warm up very soon."
