'A Beutiful Villa' It was our first time holidaying in a villa,so we were supprised how homely it felt when we arrived.It was very well equipped with everything you could need.The bedrooms were very comfortable, each having there own balcony,especially the master bedroom which had its own shower room and opened onto a large roof terrace with great views.The added bonus was having a pool to lounge around while soaking up the sun.There was a local shop a short walk away where you can get daily supplies i.e water,bread,Effes(beer)etc.We ate out in Kadriye and Belek and found the people friendly and restaurants very good and reasonably priced.Overall we had a brilliant week and will be definately booking again."

| "We went on holiday in the last week of September, and the weather was absolutely perfect! The villa was exceptionally clean, and had everything that you could possibly need.
We spent so much time relaxing by the lovely pool that it was hard to drag yourself away!
We enjoyed visiting the town of Kadriye, shopping and dining out.
One of the best days we had was white water rafting down the mountains..it really is a must, and so much fun, and so unbelievably cheap!
The locals were very friendly, especially the local bar, minutes walk from the apartment.
On the whole, a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday!"

| "We enjoyed our stay at Villa Annis thoroughly. It provided a base for a very relaxing holiday. We were fortunate enough to have visited during the height of summer so made full use of the swimming pool the villa offers. This was enough for our family having two young children I found myself spending hours on end with the kids in the pool whilst their Mother tanned herself in privacy on the roof top terrace.
The villa is within driving distance of many places of interest, we managed to drag my wife away from the villa and her sun bathing and visited beautiful waterfalls ( we told her we were going shopping AGAIN!!). On our last evening when the sun was taking a rest from my wife we drove to Side which was lovely port town with Roman ruins. There were so many more places we could have visited.
Everything we needed was within a short distance drive,restaurants,supermarket,beaches and very good shopping (to the detriment of my wallet).
We found ourselves haggling with traders at the town weekly market, this proved extremely enjoyable as all people we met were very warm and friendly.None more so than the villa owners Steve and Mandy who we had the pleasure of meeting as they were staying nearby.
I would just like to thank them both for allowing us to stay in their beautiful villa and giving us the opportunity of experiencing our most enjoyable holiday yet."

| "A lovely villa. Comfortable throughout, extremely clean with all creature comforts included ! The villa's shared pool with next door is beautiful; so nice to be able to walk out the door and dive in !
Great beach at Belek and the nearer beach in Kadriye is good, but is shingle (not walking distance), we hired a car which made life a lot easier.
Locals are very friendly the communal pool is a great size if you want a good swim, they serve snacks and drinks. The Bar nearby (Bar Beka) has superb food and great hospitality.
Lots of historical places to visit.
Make sure you take LOTS of suncream.
Overall. A fabulous week away."

| "spending my valuable holiday time at villa sara was an excellent choice! the villa itself was equipped superbly - spacious and very comfortable. From towels to teacups warranted packing very little. The proprietors come from professional backgronds which reflects in the way they have made worry free surroundings; in addition they are well acquainted with ex-pats who live nearby and are also well linked to locals who made my stay one of the most enjoyable hols. the location of the property allows the opportunity of a very short walk to excellent nearby restaurants, bars and shops. taxis are cheap to the close large villages of belek and in addition the location is sited well to waterparks, golf courses and local markets which are most enjoyable. i rate villa sara as a fantastic hol retreat - in fact a swimming pool has been recently added to this beautiful home and i simply cxannot wait until i return !"

| "myself and my husband stayed in this vila in april and it was wonderfull, there was so many lovely places to visit and the people was so friendly, we both would love to go back and stay in this villa again its so clean and spacious everything is there, evan two watercoolers which we used all of the time as it was so hot...they have one down stairs and one upstairs they have hot and cold water so i was making my coffee and taking it out to the top floor balcony it saved me going down two flights of stairs to get a drink...great idea.... they are having a pool built in between two houses as the owners have purchased the villa next door no 43 so once the pool is complete which will be may 2007 you could sleep up to 18 people in both villas and have your own private pool i shall certainly be telling my friends about it so we could all go out next year."

| "A lovely villa with all new facilities.Water coolers in lounge and top bedroom were very useful,very good air conditioning.Good pool and shop nearby and excellent property manager,really helpful.
Plenty of shops and restaurants in nearby villages & lots of places to visit.The nearby Turkish beach is being developed and has already got great facilities with restaurants being built.
We would definitely stay in this villa again."
