| "We had a good vacation at Vista Cay and we rent a 3 bedroom 3.5 bath townhouse which went over our expectations going into vacations. We rent what they call "Paulas castle #1" and the property is well kept in excellent conditions and close to everything. They put anything that a family will need to feel like home away from home. Rooms are very spacious and the clubhouse facilities are there to be enjoyed. I never thought, after 4 times going to Orlando FL, that we could find something like this away from our house. For the very smart traveler is the best option to rent a property in Vista Cay. Were looking forward to come back next time around for a pleasant vacation in a nice "home"!!!"

| "Dishwasher didn't clean at all. 2 of us cut are foot
on stairs to top floor. I think you have a nail sticking out . Fans in the top bedrooms would have been appreciated. It got very hot at night up stairs. The vista cay itself was very nice."

| "The property is located right between Universal and Sea World so we didn't have to take the highways to get to either park which was great! The house was beautiful and very clean. The amenities such as the pool, rec room, theater were awesome.
We had teenagers all the way down to a 15 month old with us and there was something for everyone. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to returning again soon."

| "This was are second time at this location and as before was very pleased. Last year we listed some things that were a concern, which they ask you to do. The shower in the 3rd bathroom leaked and there was no place to put toiletries. Things had not changed and so as before, we placed towels on the floor to sop up the water and placed a risen table from garage in the bathroom for placing toiletries. We were also informed last year that the washer and dryer were going to be moved from the 3rd bedroom closet to the garage but it was not. Overall this is a very nice place to stay, centrally located to everything and reasonably priced. Had a great time and weather was very nice. It was spring break and so things were more crowded this year. Last year we were in FL the first week in MAR and this year it was the 3rd week in MAR. So if we go again next year we will try to go late FEB early MAR."

| "I was really excited to see that the pictures on the internet matched exactly how the property actually looked. The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Great location for the parks. On my next visit to the area, I will definitely stay at this location again."

| "The condo was very clean and well kept. We were not able to find the swimming pool or the other amenities listed on the website. The construction and lack of signs made it impossible to find it. A map should be in the condo showing where to find the pool. Other than that, I have no complaints."

| "The townhome and the resort was very nice. Well worth the money. The people were friendly and helpfull. The resort was well maintained. The only draw back on the townhome was that the 3rd bedroom, which was converted from a den, had the washer and dryer in the closet. It did not allow a lot of room for hanging clothes and using the washer and dryer. Also, the bathroom did not have a vaniety so there was no place to but toiletries. However, there was a risen table in the gararge that we but in the bathroom for that purpose."

| "Vista Cay, in general, is an excellent option for Convention attendees - especially exhibitors. The unit that we had was brand new, therefore, was not completely furnished per the description on the web site....older TVs/furniture, no stereo, but the property manager bent over backwards to make it right.
Already looking into next year!"
