| "Although the townhouse itself was comfortable, clean and very much exceeded our expectations, we were not as happy with the pool and waterpark. The biggest disappointment was the time at which they close the pool. Closing a pool at 8:00 pm in the summer at a resort is not what we were expecting. The kids wanted to go in the pool for a while after returning from the local parks and we could never do it, because the pool was always closed. We had to specifically lose 1 morning and one afternoon of theme parks time to have the kids could enjoy the pool and waterpark. This was very disappointing.
Also, the lack of supervision at the pool was a little bit concerning. Both times we were there, there were groups of rowdy, parties who were throwing things and just generally being rude. One group was drunk and was using foul language and completely monopolizing with rough play and throwing cups, etc. I know this may not be something that is easy to control, but when you have a family, its not something you want to experience either. Perhaps some thought should be given to better monitoring of the pool area and also to extending hours.

Just to say we're back from sunny Orlando. Had a fantastic time, temperature was in the 80's the whole time and we did everything we planned to do and see.
Your townhouse is beautiful and the resort lovely, would definitely stay there again.
Once again thank you for renting us your townhouse it was great, will be happy to recommend it to friends.

For me the quality of your place was very important as it was the first time I had travelled with the in-laws so the self-contained bedroom was a real benefit.
Also the place was absolutely spotless when we arrived and very welcoming.
Even though we had 8 adults, we had plenty of room and found it much better than previous bungalow type villas we had rented. We got to use the pool on the last day and even though there was a cold snap (for Florida) it was lovely and warm and the lazy river was great fun. Anyway, as I saw from your visitors book you had a great time as did we, and we filled it in to say so.
In future if anyone asks me I will recommend your site and if we go again we'll contact you.
