| "Very pretty apartment with fantastic views. However, a bit on the small side for my family of myself, husband, 11 and 15 year old boys due to lack of privacy as only a curtain separates the master bedroom from the living area.
The apartment was equipped with all you need.
Thanks for a lovely time."

| "We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment.
It is a nice and well furnitured apparment with a beautiful view onto the bay of Kalkan.
It was our second time in Kalkan. Before we booked the Pirat Hotel. The Patara Prince Residence is definetly the better choice, but be careful if you do not like climbing stairs. Also Patara Prince is around 20 minutes walk from Kalkan.
Kalkan is a nice little town and the beaches especially Patara beach are marvelous. Best is to book your own car so that you can visit all the interesting places around Kalkan. We booked a car directly at the airport.
We had a wonderful week in this appartment and can definitely recommend it to our friends."

| "I am loathed to write too many good points as the Sunbeam will become even more popular, however that is going to be difficult!
To summarise, I would have no hesitation booking right now for next year!
The property was beautifully presented and the view from the terrace has to be seen to be believed. All the appliances provided were in good condition and worked well - we ate in several nights and had no problem cooking.
The resort is fantastic though the hill and steps mean that you do get a good workout walking to and from the pool/sea (unless you take the shuttle bus) The pools were quiet (no kids!) and the fact that they were salt water was excellent.
The staff were adequate in their approach to service - be aware of the add ons - towel rental, cushion rental all of which will add to the cost on a holiday.
Kalkan as a resort is truly beautiful with so many good restaurants to choose from - this was our second visit in 3 months!
An excellent holiday!"

| "The property was excellent, well maintained and in a beautiful position. Kalkan is a fantastic destination with lots of gorgeous restaurants. The apartment was very spacious for 2 but would definitely not sleep 6 which the advert suggests.
The owner always replied to our requests very promptly and sorted out our transfer from the airport. We were met on arrival at the resort by one of the owners friends and had their contact number - we didnt need it! The resort was nice and the security office were very accommodating - phoning for taxis and changing money etc.
We had a great holiday and would reccommend this apartment for other couples!"

| "Wonderful resort in a beautiful location. There are lots and lots of steps so its not suitable for disabled people. The resort does provide a free shuttle bus that will take you up and down the resort every 10mins.
The appartment was very clean and well equipped but it would be very snug for 6 people.
Kalkan is lovely with just enough shops to wonder around in the evening and plently of excellent restaurants. We would go again.
points to note:
Kalkan to walk takes about 20mins, Taxi £4.50 each way, boat costs £1.50 per person each way. Resort supermarket very expensive so go to the ones in Kalkan. Prices in shops comparible with UK. Restaurents good VFM"

| "This is a fantastic villa on Patara Prince. Having stayed in a different villa here last year we would throughly recommend this apartment. The interior design is to a modern standard, simple yet tasteful, with stone walls in the bedroom/annexe. The kitchen and bathroom are both modern and well equipped with a spacious shower. It is definitely suited to couples or people you get on with as the double bedroom is an annexe off the living room separated by a curtain only. The apartment has English books to borrow and a gorgeous terrace with table/chairs and a day bed. Only downside was no safe for valuables and lots of steps up to it (but fantastic views and fitness levels go up!). Friendly staff on site, excellent facilities, tons to do in the area esp if you hire a car and get a map. Cant recommend it enough! Thanks"

| "The property (with the view and the facilities available) was excellent. It had been our 4th consecutive summer vacation in Kalkan (all in Club Patara premises) where we still continue to enjoy our stay a lot and look forward to stay again next year. Although the villa can accommodate up to 6, it is best up to 4 with only a disadvantage in access for people with walking difficulties. Thnks to the owner for her kind co-operation prior to the lease and providing the opportunity to stay in the excellent premise which enabled another fantastic holiday for my family."

| "The photos didn't do it justice. The apartment, although compact, had everthing we needed. The newly renovated bathroom and kitchen were of high quality and the views were out of this world. To sit on the terrace and watch the sunset was a great end to a lovely day. The complex had great facilities. We loved the adult only pool. The complex is on a hill with alot of steps but this wasn't a problem because of the free minibus service that runs around the resort. Definately recommend this to our friends"

| "It was a lovely apartment. Very modern, fully equiped and very clean. Everything you need from a holiday from a hairdryer to a lilo. The views from the terrace were a highlight of the holiday. Very friendly resort and the owner was very helpful in arranging transport from the airport. We didn't have to worry about finding the place in the early hours."

| "The description of the apartment was accurate, facilities were clean and modern, the view superb and the resort of Patara Prince was a lovely place to stay. All the staff were welcoming and friendly, the pools warm and clean, the facilities well maintained and Kalkan was delightful.
Do be aware that a level of fitness is required with the steps.
We were very satisfied and will be back, thanks!"

| "The apartment was quite a lot smaller than we had thought - the main double "bedroom" was just an annexe to the living room separated only by a curtain. However, it was well equipped and just about big enough for our family of four. Views from the terrace area are lovely, but anyone thinking of booking should be aware of the hundreds of steps all around the resort, which is built on a very steep hillside. There is a shuttle bus which drops you very near to the apartment, but there are still around 30 steps to reach it. We were fine and got used to it quickly, but it would cause major problems for anyone with younger children. The resort itself is very well designed and well kept. The shuttle boat service over to Kalkan is great."

| "The location of the apartment was ideal with easy access to Kalkan itself, either on foot or by bout and taxi. The apartment was beautifully furnished and breakfast / dinner on the terrace is a must for all those who stay. 5/5"
