| "The Villa Agnanti is a magical place. Irene, George and Aurora were quick to help and met our every request with a cheerful smile. They also worked efficiently in the background to make our stay most wonderful. From the pool to the meals to the cleanliness of the rooms you will not be disappointed. This is a terrific place to visit and the Villa met or exceeded our every expectation. Our 18 guests are still raving about our time in Sesi Beach!!! Thank you so much for making our visit to Greece one that we will treasure for many years to come.

"
Just returned from a fabulous family holiday at Villa Agnanti. Received a very warm welcome from the owners family and they were always on hand to help throughout our stay. The villa was in a beautiful location, with magnificent views, very spacious and clean. It is very remote, only two tavernas locally but be prepared to travel at least 30 minutes to shops, etc. But for the location, it was peaceful and tranquil and worth the travel. It exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our large family gathering and would recommend it to anyone."

| "We had a great holiday in the Villa Agnanti. 16 of us of various ages 22 - 70. It is hard to describe how helpful, welcoming and friendly the owners are. They are there when you need them, and allowing you space when you didnt.
A map of the road out of Grammatiko would have be en helpful for arrival, as for the non-Greek, the roadsigns are about as useful as Chinese! but this is a part of the overall adventure!
This is a marvelous place to go for a group holiday. It is a quite a rustic place, but there are buses to Athens from Grammatiko for the cultural Tourist.

"the only thing we missed was no shop on the beach for buying bread and so on
the willa needs bigger sun shade terasse for breakfast
otherwise it was good"
Owner reply:
:
Thank you for your review. We will create as soon as possible a larger shaded area for the breakfast as well as extra umbrellas for the wooden sunbeds. No other guest mentioned this as a problem, therefore we had not realised it as an issue as there are many shaded area around the pool and also there is an indoors breakfast room.Although our customers have high expectations and we always get the feedback and we do our best to exceed these expectations. Regarding supplies of bread milk etc, we always have this service upon request and we deliver bread to the guests at the villa. Therefore if we had received a request we would have act accordingly as we offer butler service. Thank you for selecting Villa Agnanti for your holidays this summer and we are looking forward to welcoming you back in our property.

| "The host family is out of this world. They could not do enough for us. They cooked us great meals, and were always at hand without being intrusive.
The villa itself is very nice and the property is fantastic. It is super for families that want to be safe and let the children play in safe surroundings. The patio with seaview is perfect for long evenings.
There are only two things we can point out that people need to know:
The kitchen has all the appliances you need, but it is a bit "shabby".
The road from Grammatiko to Sesi Beach is very steep and has a lot of twist and turns, so it will take you about 15 min. to get to Grammatiko."

| "We-myself and 16 members of our family had the most fantistic time, the host at the viller was excelent the location was well placed to see the real Greece its villages and within easy reach of Athens, it suited both children who were well catered for at the villa and adults who could walk around the area of natural beauty. we found a nice bay adjacent the the villa were the children played for hours, also the area around is steeped in history from Marathon to Athens.
We made great friends with the host and they became part of our family group we miss them and will be back to sample both the Greek hospitality and country.
Thank you for making it a holiday to remember."

| "The location and view are superb.
Also the garden is very picturesque with potted plants, terraces and the pool.
Cozy barbecue area.
Jacuzzi is not a separate pool with hot water but a corner in the main unheated pool.
Bathrooms are too tiny, so it is hard to take a shower.
But there are terraces in each room.
And a friendly owner who is always at hand.

| "A group of 10 of us rented the entire villa for 10 days at the end of June and had a wonderful time. The villa has been purpose built to provide holiday accommodation, so don't expect luxury, but everything you could need is available.
Mr & Mrs Papadopoulos, who live on the ground floor of the villa, made us feel completely at home and did everything they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible - organising taxis, cooking wonderful dinners, treating sunstroke and insect bites and even making hairdressers appointments.
There are 2 small tavernas in Sesi (the one closest to the villa is excellent) and a pizza place at the far end of the beach.
You will need a car if staying here as nowhere in Sesi to buy any supplies and no bus service. Nearest village is Grammatiko, but very little there. Supermarket in Marathonas provided all supplies we needed and there are plenty of cash machines there as well - takes about 25 minutes to get there.
If you want to go into Athens, it takes about an hour - best option is to go by taxi as buses are infrequent."

"This is a fantastic Large villa, brand new built, with an amazing 360 degrees view of the sea and the mountains. We loved it , as it is very nice to have a 13 bedrooms villa privately, to share with your friends and family. Local food cooked by the couple looking after the villa, is just unreal. Thank you for offering us a traditional Greek hospitality throughout our stay. Andrew"

| "This villa is perfect for groups of friends or families or even weddings. We saw a small very traditional Greek church on the beach, which was not described in the site, and we thought of getting married again, just to live this myth in Greece.Agnanti is a luxurious property and its facilities exceeded our expectations. George, his parents and the staff were always there to assist with anything we would ask, and nothing was a problem for them any time during the day or the night. The positive points are, the location(sea and sun with beauiful surroundings, the villa, the weather, and our visits to Athens city.John-Andrea and our friends."

| "villa agnanti is a located in a very relaxing rustic location. we enjoyed our stay because we combined our holidays by the sea and also the Athens sightseeing. Car is essential because we drove our the villages and also we visited Athens and marathon several times. The owner couple are very friendly and they cook local specialities for us at no charge. We also had meals at the beach tavernas, where the food and the prices were extremely good.We will return next year to stay there for a month, to relax and enjoy greek food, fruits and the sea.Thank you George for your help in all matters and we are looking forward returning next year."
