| "We had a great time in Youghal, the staff at the Quality Hotel were very nice and very helpful out of 7 days we had 4 beautiful days which we happily spent on the beach which was less than 2 mins away and the 3 rainy days were spent in the pool or up in the town overall we loved it and will deffinately be booking next year."

| "Suggest phone in units.had to go to hotel to make phone calls..INCONVENIENCE..
Would help to have instructions on how to use appliances...Your washing machine was confusing..
Should keep kids off of the hotels computer..it is not a toy or a babysitter..Adults can never get to it!
Would be nice periodically to have more traditional irish music in pub for those of us who are there every night..Especially in August which is a big international tourist month.."

| "I have 4 small kids and the 4 bedroom house we had was ideal, Clean, with all the mod cons, washing machine, microwave, DVD, TV etc. Very close to the hotel and beach perfect for familys with young kids. Loads of activitys to keep the kids busy. will definitely go again."

| "I expected it was a single building right on the water. It was a large complex of buildings mostly 5 minute walk away from the water. We did have a pleasant pheasant pasture view. Maid service did not occur during our 4 night stay. We needed to ask multiple times for things such as extra towels and other services. Not all of our rooms were available to us when we moved in to our 4 bedroom place. I have found it is typical of Irish lodging that the wash takes forever in the machines provided. This was amongst the longest wash. Plan to go golfing, fishing or something longer and hope the wash is clean or dry when one returns. I loved the town, beach and the people of Youghal. The hotel personnel were very pleasant and helpful in spite of the above situations. We had many children playing and laughing to wake up to every morning. We enjoyed a pint or two beach side at the hotel and in addition we used most of the other hotel facilities often all to our great pleasure."

| "Was very impressed as lots of room, very clean and comfortable. Nice to have the comforts of home and more close to hand with the hotel. Would definately visit again.
The only things were paid the 20 euro waiver fee for damages and they still requested the 200 euro refundable deposit. Can not see why the option was there to pay the waiver?
Property needs small things such as dustpan and brush and coat hangers, but over all it has everything else.
Did not get to use the hotel facilities; the kids club was 'out of season' due to Ireland schools not same as UK holidays and therefore not running may half term. The games room was a mess and no information on how much items were to use. Would have used the pool, but son ill and therefore unable to take full opportunity of other facilities aavailable.

| "As im a builder i thought it was not great also with leeking showers was a real put down but as they are a holiday homes on mass probly ok .location was good and the use of hotel very good , great if want kids to have some freedom our party had no little people but we were not upset with kids that were there.
It was clean and friendly .
Going for a walk on the beach after 6 you might be put of by the kids in cars something should have been done .
we have recomended it to friends as we had a good week .."

| "The property was clean and very comfortable.
I had requested a cot for my 2 year old, but the cot in the house was a travel cot. I could have brought that myself. I had expected that a proper cot would be supplied. Most partents can organise a travel cot themselves and so we ended up having to put the 2 year old onto a matress on the florr as the cot was not comfortable for her.
Towels and refuse were colected on a regular basis which was great.
The fridge in the property (no. 23) isn't operating well and should be looked at.
We were very happy with our stay there and would consider going again.
Can I just add however that some of the staff in the bar in the hotel itself were rude and unhelpful a number of times. We had 3 kids with us and expected that they would be more child friendly. Some staff in the bar were fine, but 1 evening we waited over an hour for our meals and the comments from the waiter were not helpful!

| "The overall standard of the villa we rented was excellent - lots of space.
The 4 bed was very good as it had a downstairs bedroom and bathroom which was very helpful in accomodating my mother who is partially disabled.
However as the property was very new there were still a few essential items missing that could be added to make the stay even easier e.g. a collander in the kitchen, mat by the front door, hanging drier (which we did manage to get during the week), hooks on which to hang coats etc in the front hall, leaving instructions for the equipment that is there (most of it is staright forward but it is useful as a back up).
We found the whole site very easy to get around and all the staff were very helpful during our stay."
