| "The property is really good and very spacious. Lukas and his family could not have done any more for us.
Set in a beautiful part of a beautiful country we will probably go back some day
Ideal for exploring South Bohemia, Austria and Germany.

| "We have spent a great holidays in this house. Its very big, with a big garden, swimming pool. The children have enjoy a lot. Its not far of many nice places like Telc, Trebon, C. Krumlov, J.Hradec.
Lukas and his family have been very kind with us and they have help us in all that we have needed.

| "This is a huge modern property in a beautiful rural setting with many places of interest to visit nearby and represents excellent value for money. My family of 4 stayed there but there would have been room for an additional family or friends. Lukas and his family who own the property and live nearby welcomed us warmly and Lukas (who speaks English) was always available to text for advice. A washing machine was also available (even though it wasnt advertised). We also used the small swimming pool and played badminton in the huge garden. I definitely want go back as there was so much in the area and we only had time to see a fraction of the sights in our one week stay. Thank you Lukas and family."

| "beuitiful,large, spacious house.spotlessly clean and a very large garden.well equiped kitchen.only disadvantage was that there was no washing machine but because it was such a lovely house it did not really matter."

| "We had a lovely holiday in an area with access to some facinating places and history, interesting walks , cycle rides and wildlife. The property was spacious and well equiped.The owners, represented by their son Lucas ( who speaks excellent English),where very helpful and attentive. We chose to take our car, but it is possible to rent locally, and the host family are happy to collect visitors from the airport.
Access to the washing machine has to be arranged, but the Kitchen and house are well equipped,with lovely bathrooms.
The vilage is friendly and picturesque and the house is a few yards from the church, with excelent views and privacy."

| "A lovely house in excellent condition and well fitted out, especially for cooking. We had a wonderful and relaxing time. The owner was very helpful. We would recommend that renters take their own transport so they can do shopping in the better-equipped supermarkets in larger towns. The tennis courts mentioned are actually local municipal courts nearby and they are not open all year, which was disappointing to our children. Otherwise, it was exactly what we wanted to get away from it all in style."

| "Popelin is a perfect place for those who wants to know Czech Republic sights, lakes and castels, beyond Prague.
It is near by a train station and surrounded by beautiful green areas where we could easily saw wild deers.
Photos can hardly illustrate this amusing house where 8 people could easily live, quiet and peacefully, for 11 days.
The owner has been always helpful and couldn’t be nicer.

| "Beautiful czech village - very comfortable and well equipped compare the price, all you will need is food. Lots of interesting places to visit in this area and the lovely town of Jindrichuv Hradec nearby with historical sites, pithoresque restaurants and nice people. Had a really wonderful holiday and would highly recommend."
