| "The 4 of us had a such a great time in this villa, the description of the villa was very accurate and the tips from the owner really helpful including a recommendation on a local car hire company. We had such plans to do a lot more than we actually did!! The temptation to chill round the relaxing pool was too great on some days.
We will definitely be going again, so as to explore a bit more and try out some of those great golf courses on the doorstep.
The villa itself was even nicer than we expected everything we needed and more. It is lovely and light, very clean, well maintained, spacious and tastefully furnished.
Thank you."

"We had a really lovely time at this villa. The villa was exactly as advertised in a quiet residential area. It was well equipped for all our needs and when we did have minor problems these were rectified within a few hours by the management company. There is a local bus to the beach and main town area within a few minutes walk of the villa, but if you want to venture further a car is recommended and car hire is at a reasonable cost. Within an hour or less there are many fun family things to do. We went rafting, to the aqua park (Troy park locally much better than the larger park in Antalya), visited all ancient sites, markets (Belek best), boat trips, and beaches etc etc. We particularly enjoyed the rafting, which is suitable for all ages. We enjoyed this so much we went twice. We managed to agree a price with a local family "The Nature" who were more than happy to accommodate our needs and the food they provided were excellent. We would recommend this villa and would certainly return in the future. "

"We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this fabulous villa and I’m having withdrawal symptoms for the lovely private pool where we spent hours every day. The villa is in a quiet residential area “exactly” as it looks on the web site incredibly well equipped and, as the previous reviewer says, a real home from home. The villa is well maintained: pool men and gardeners visited throughout our stay and the property management company are just a local phone call away. We noted a former reviewer mentioned mosquitoes which made us laugh as we actually arrived in Turkey with insect bites from our garden, We didn’t see a single mosquito whilst we were there (we did take burners for the bedrooms which is only sensible when visiting any hot country) and then promptly got bitten on our return to the UK! We will definitely return for another peaceful week in the sun. There are some beautiful places to visit but it’s all too easy to just stay by that pool….. "

| "We had a memorable time at the villa and really enjoyed our stay. It was good value for money and was better than we expected. Although we were slightly displeased at the fact that the pool was more open than we thought would be, we soon found that it wasnt that big an issue. The biggest negative point was the food...maybe if future holiday goers made sure packets of opened food are sealed properly so that moths cant get to it!! Most positive point: Neighbours were very friendly and we all enjoyed the adorable cats and kittens!"

"nice villa with all you would need, sat tv, didn,t work so keeping up with soaps etc, as advertised didn,t happen.pool was not heated for long enough each day, so pool very cold and not inviting.residential housing very close at back of villa, not as per photo. whole estate built on marsh land so mosquito,s big problem!! whole area geared to golfing, so prices in shops very expensive, example, wine in restaurant £15£20 per bottle.description on brochure advises no car required, but taxi £12 return just into town. finally, our holiday was ruined by goods stolen from villa while out, by someone with key.not resolved, police didn,t turn up before we left.
"
Owner reply:
:
Difficult to know what to say..... no other guests have reported such problems. Prices in the area are normally very cheap and good value. The alleged break in remains a mystery - no items belonging to the villa (including DVD player, satellite box etc) were taken. As any problems were not reported to villa management (who are extremely reliable and trustworthy), corrective action couldnt be taken.

" Just a quick word to tell you how much we enjoyed our holiday at your villa in Belek.
The villa had every amenity you could imagine, and was spotlessly clean on our arrival. The gardens and pool were beautifully maintained, and we made full use of them.
The villa is in a very quiet and peaceful area of town, but has easy access to all local amenities and beaches. I will certainly recommend the villa to anyone wishing to visit the Belek area.

| "The villa is beautiful and with all the bedrooms having en-suite, its fantastic for two families holidaying together like we did.
A car is advisable especially if you want to explore some of the sights yourselves.
it is very ot in August, but the villa provides everything you need."

| "The villa is exactly as expected and really is as the pictures detail on the website.
It is furnished to a very high standard and actually feels very much like a home, with the added touches that the owner provides. There is lots of space and all the facilities available that you need.
Would definetly recommend the villa and location if you are looking for a very relaxing family holiday.
Belek is not a large resort and has a limited number of restuarants etc, but still makes for a good evening and the owner provides very good information on eating out and things to do.

| "The Villa was very nice with pictures on website being accurate and representative. We had a wonderful time in Belek except for a problem with electricity and water that was due to the unprecedented heat wave that occured while we were there. We rented a car through a local rental company recommended by the villa owner and this was very helpful for getting around to all the local sites and better beaches."

| "Had a wonderful time in your excellent villa. Beautifully equipped and maintained, with a fabulous pool - we were very comfortable. Everyone helpful and friendly. We would recommend rafting and the waterfalls at Manavgat and Kursunlu are worth a visit. Our first time in Turkey, and we will be back! Jane, John, James and Katey"
