| "If you have young children this is such a great place to stay. Close to the airport - great ground floor apartment with box of toys so you dont have to bring your own and theres a cot and high chair.
Facility wise the children loved the near by park with playground and all the animals to watch/ chase ! its reasonably close to the beach though bit of an up hill hike and the pool has a good shallow bit for children.
all in all we thought it was great and Maggie was very helpful too"

"The apartment was a little higher up the hill than we would have liked, but it did keep us fit.
The second bedroom needed more storage space (ie. drawers).
Maggie was great, very helpfull and looked after us well."

Thank you for leaving a four star positive review and we are really pleased that you enjoyed your stay. In answer to your comments, we are always receptive to feed back and will ensure that additonal drawer space is provided in the second bedroom. However, there are large fitted wardrobes in each bedroom with lots of hanging space. The apartment is only a five minute walk from the seafront and we normally would walk through the lovely park to get there. This is the first time that anyone has mentioned the slight gradient leading to the apartment. Unfortunately, we are unable to do anything about that!

"Appartment was really nice and spotless , the room facilities were good and the surroundings were pleasant.Could have done with few more Brits on site but the Spanish were o.k .Ideal place if you have smaller children or cant manage too many stairs.Good location for Paloma Park and Selwo Marina and just a short walk to the beach or Bonanza Square.Enjoyed our time at this appartment ,Maggie was very helpful even though we were delayed and arrived after midnight.Our only criticism really is that we felt it was probably slightly over priced considering whats available in the same area."

The apartment is situated in the very desirable area of La Paloma Parque. It is an upmarket residential area, unlike some areas of Benalmadena that are completely tourist orientated. This creates a peaceful, friendly and relaxing environment that particularly suits families. You will not be disturbed by groups of rowdy holiday makers who often have little consideration for others!
Unfortunately, the person who left this review did not appreciate the fantastic pool and the well equiped fully air-conditioned apartment in a great location. There may be some cheaper accommodation in Benalmadena, but it will most certainly be in a less desirable location and wont come with the facilities that we offer.

| "This is our third year going to Benalmadena Garden Apartment. We had a wonderful holiday yet again. The apartment is like a home from home. The photos on the website are exactly what it is like when you get there. The seperate kitchen is fantastic, we stayed for 3 weeks this year so I did a lot of cooking which was made very easy as all the cooking utensils, pots and pans, big fridge and proper cooker with oven is provided. We have 2 boys aged 8 and 5. There is an xbox and satalite tv which was great for them. The complex is nice and quiet, most days we had the swimming pool all to ourselves, it is a lovely pool set in a grassed garden and very well kept. The location of the apartment suits us very well, it is directly across from Selwo which is a sealife centre. Next to Selwo is Paloma Park, a beautiful park with all sorts of animals and birds roaming around freely, ie rabbits, peacocks, chickens etc. the kids love it. It also has several playgrounds and a couple of really nice bars located at the two main entrances. The beach is a 10 min walk to the right of the appt. and Arroyo, a lovely town is a 10 min walk to the left of the appt. Maggie, the lady that looks after the appartment, lives on the top floor so she is always on hand if you need anything. She is very helpful.
We highly recommend Benalmadena Garden appartment."

| "This apartment was excellent, it surpassed our expectations. The apartment was immaculate, and was very well equipted to meet all our needs. The pool area was kept to a very high standard and was quiet due to being in a spanish residential area. The location was ideal being in walking distance from the town, beach and park. The sunbeds were an extra very much appreciated by us. Maggie was very supportive, friendly and efficient. Maggie allowed us to store our luggage with her on our last day as we had an evening flight home- this made such a difference- thankyou to her. Overall we cannot fault our holiday and look forward to returning."

"The apartment was perfect for families, we had 2 kids (2 & 5 year old) and great facilities, toys for beach and pool, pool lovely and quiet and good size. La Paloma Park just across the road was lovely and spent few hours most days in it, play parks, animals and space to run/walk about, kids loved it. Apartment was very handy for shops and resturants in both coast and main town. We loved it!!"

| "What a fantastic apartment, very well equipped with all the home comforts you could wish for and more. The X box for the kids entertainment is a lovely extra. It was also nice to be able to do the odd load of washing so as not to bring home quite so much washing. The swimming pool was nice and quiet, alot of the time we had it to ourselves. We had breakfast on the terrace every morning. Maggie was very friendly and really helpful, she recommended markets to visit. The park opposite is also ideal for kids and grown ups, nice bars for coffee and beer close by to the best equipped childrens play area i have ever seen. we will definately be making a return visit to this apartment."

| "Maggie met us at the gates walked infront of the car so we wouldnt have a problem finding the parking space.
Explained how Air con worked etc couldnt fault her.
The place was very clean with extra blankets and pillows if needed, A lot of places we have been in spain have very small hot water tanks this one had a large one enough for 3 to shower with lots left.
The park opposite was a joy so much better and well kept than anything Ive been to at home with a great corner cafe.
A good 20mins walk to marina (which was fab) but an easy walk as the prom had lots of shops and bars.
Great golf not to far away.
The only improvement I think the owners should make would be a info book in the apartment
i.e. Market on friday am in town centre etc.
We didnt need this but a lot of people may.
Great hol cant thank Maggie enough will visit again.

"The property was lovely and as described. It was well equipped and Maggie was very helpful. The pool area was nice as well. The location was perfect not too far to the beach and Paloma park is a beautiful place to spend time. Overall a very enjoyable holiday.
Only one slight problem when we tried to gain entry to the property we were unsure how to use the intercom instructions but luckily a British man who was staying there came by and helped us out."

| "A warm welcome was extended to us by "Maggie" and she talked us through the facilities and surronding attractions. Nice touch with the welcome pack(water abd beer drank in minutes.......very hot day when we arrived) Apartment was just as described, nice modern and simple decor and was well equipped for both leisure and cooking.
Up the hill to 2 supermarkets (5 minutes walk)If you cant carry heavy loads Maggie has a shopping trolley that you can use. Down the hill to the restaurants, lots to choose from. No need for car, walked everywhere very easily. Will visit again for definate.

| "This was our second year visiting this apartment, we have 2 young boys and once again it was a big hit with them. Everything, from the Sea World to Tivoli World and the Aqua Park are so close and all other amenities are at your doorstep.
The apartment was again in excellent condition and the wonderful Maggie on hand to help and advise.
We love this apartment/location and it would be no suprise to find us back here soon.

| "A delightful apartment set in residential block that in turn over looks the Park. The apartment is centrally located and within easy walking distance of all amenities.
The apartment has all the facilities to enjoy a delightful holiday and the apartment block has a lovely pool and pleasant gardens to the front and rear.
The owner has recruited a resident in the block to welcome visitors and to assist with any queries. She is an absolute star and delightful person.
You will enjoy this apartment !!!!!"

| "The property was lovely and furnished to a high standard, well equipped with everything we needed. We had asked for a cot and high chair and this was provided for us. Maggie was extremely helpful and went out of her way to accomodate our needs. There was three adults a four year old and a baby and there was plenty of room for us all. Nice terrace which gets the sun in the morning but not for long. It is situated half way up a hill which downwards is the beach and upwards are the shops, you can easily access everything you need wihtout hiring a car. Supermarket only 5 mins walk. Beach is lovely, and some really nice restaurants down at the beach. Would definitely go back, we loved it so much we extended our stay to even longer than planned and it wasn;t a problem for the owners or for Maggie. Would recommomend this apartment to anyone."

| "The property was very clean and well decorated with comfortable furniture throughout.
The only extras that could be added are: an extractor fan in the small bathroom and more draw space in the small bedroom. Also, a small tumble dryer would be useful for drying towels etc.
The swimming pool area was lovely, with a super pool surrounded by grass and palm trees. Perfect.
Would not hesitate to book again."

"My two sons and I were very pleased with the property. It is fairly represented and is in an excellent location, particularly if, like us, you do not have a car. My only crticism of the property itself is that if you wish to create any or all of your own meals, the kitchen is a little under-equipped. Also, not all of the lights worked.
We were also somewhat disappointed that the pool was not open until 11am each day and also that it was closed for a day for maintenance.
Overall, however, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would return.

We are pleased that you thoroughly enjoyed your stay. We are sorry that a couple bulbs had blown. We have contacted our electrician who is dealing with this on Monday morning. Thank you for advising us that you would have liked some additional kitchen equipment. We wil purchase some more when we visit in a few weeks time. With regards to the pool, we have been advised by our on site manager that it is closed between 10 and 11am for cleaning and maintenance. Although this may have been a minor inconvenience to you, it is vitally important that this is done. This ensures that the pool is kept in tip top condition at all times. Hopefully you will agree that this still leaves at least eight hours in which to enjoy the lovely pool and garden areas. Thank you for your feed back and we look forward to you returning again.

| "The accommodation was excellent. Plenty of room for 4 adults with 2 separate bathrooms. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and living room. The area was also very quiet.
The pool area was very well maintained and also quiet.
The complex was also very secure and we even had a safe in the apartment at no extra cost.
Maggie, a friend of the owners was also very helpful.
Excellent week’s holiday. Local bars and restaurants were good value.

| "This is a fantastic place. We are a family with 2 young boys (3+6) and can honestly say that everybody enjoyed themselves. The apartment exceded our expectations and the friendly touch of having refreshments in the fridge on our arrival, to a very hospitable neighbour (Maggie) ensuring you have local advice and help, if required. Close to all amenities.
The communal pool was well kept and clean, which the kids spent hours (nearly everyday) playing in, with the local friendly resident children.
We will definitely be returning.

| "This apartment exceeded our expectations. The size of the rooms were great and the fixtures and fittings were of a very high standard. The pool area was very clean and tidy and we more or less had it to ourselves.
Benalmadena is an excellent choice for a family holiday. The apartment is right next to Paloma Park which is beautiful and mid way between the beach and the town.
This is the first time we've booked on the internet and I was a little nervous but I would definitely do it again. The standard and size of accommodation you get versus a package, there is just no comparison and its cheaper!"

| "Beautiful, well kept apartment set in very nice grounds. The pictures don't do the pool justice! The owners were very helpful prior to our arrival, providing directions and recommending local restaurants etc to us. They also very kindly provided us with water, beer, juice and wine on arrival and the ice cream and ice lollies went down a treat! It felt like visiting a friend's home. I would definitely recommend the apartment (in the hope that it wasn't booked up next time I wanted to use it!)."
