| "The villa lived up to our expectations - clean and tidy. However would have been nice to have had a welcome pack on arrival, as shops were closed when we arrived
Pool as described - private, but there was nothing to get the flies out of the pool so we had to purchase a fishing net which we left for the next occupants.
All in all a very nice holiday"

| "As another reviewer said the house was like a small castle. Very clean - spacious - everything you needed was there. The village was small and peaceful. The pool was just big enough for a cool down - very well maintained. A personal guide to local area/things to do (eg fiestas etc)/ visitors comments - would have been good - though basic information was there. Really enjoyable experience - many thanks."

| "The property was quaint and had a lot of character which we all liked, and it is situated in a lovely area of Gozo. However, there were two things that we found that were wrong with the property. : Firstly, there was no proper shower( instead there was a shower head above the bath which we didn't find adequate at all) and there wasn't enough towels for a family of four for a week and not once were we given new towels. The advertisement for this house is misleading as it is advertised as having a shower in the bathroom, but doesn't state the type. The second problem is that on the balcony, there is a wooden fence around the edges for safety but we found that when you lean on a particular part of the fence, the brick beneath it that the wood is attached to is very loose and is in danger of breaking off into the pool below- I feel that this is a very seroius matter as it could injure someone if they leaned on it too heavily and needs to be fixed . Overall, we liked the style of the property and the character of it, but their are clearly issues that need to be delt with before anyone else stays in this house and we won't be those people."

| "Ta' Lonza exceeded our expectations it is a delightful period place, more reminiscent of a miniature castle than a farmhouse. Carefully updated and maintained. The courtyard with it's delightful pool is secluded and perfect for eating out at any time of the day or night. Just one thing to be aware of is that if you arrive on a Sunday as we did there are no shops open in the village to obtain provisions!"

| "If it is rustic charm and peace you are looking for then this is the place!
We stayed at Ta Lonza during July with two children and had a fantastic time. The farmhouse is away from the crowds yet close enough to beaches, restuarants and other places worth visiting.
The farmhouse has everything you need to cook although we made good use of the local restaurants and so rarley used the kitchen facilities. The pool offered a welcome respite from the heat and the resident gecko very quickly learnt to eat any dead insects that were fished out of the pool by the kids!
All in all we had a lovely stay.
